Vera - Kiev, Ukraine$40
Trusted teacher: Hey there, I am Vera, a singer, composer and a vocal coach, a member of NATS(National Association of Teachers of Singing, USA) if you also adore music and singing I would be glad to help you in developing your skills! I prepared students for entering the New York Film Academy to the program "Musical Theatre". Also, I prepared many recitals of my students and their bands in Ukraine, Poland, Canada, Israel, USA, Indonesia, Germany, etc..., recorded a few EP, have clips available on music channels, also perform their songs on the radio. Some of them have their own youtube channels and we are developing it choosing interesting songs for cover. Others write their own songs and have a contract with the music labels in the USA, and I always support these skills. Speaking of my personal achievements I can say that I am a singer and songwriter, I work in several styles- house, lounge, jazz, country, and pop, collaborate with musicians, sound engineers, and producers from many countries. I have experience of writing arrangements and working with professional musical programs such as Cubase, Nuendo, and others, also I worked a lot as a session vocalist in the many recording studios in Ukraine. So I can share my knowledge with you. My methods are directed to get the result as soon as it`s possible and also to develop your natural music skills. That`s why I use the most effective exercises in my work special for each student. Also, my methods are loyal so the student can sing his favorite songs at the lesson and enjoy it. See you at the lessons!

Trusted teacher: Who is this workshop for? For all curious about sound, all music, music in general, who wants to manufacture, build, examine ... (from 12 or 13 years). Should one know the music theory? Not necessarily. But familiarity with music of various styles can be a great help. DJ? Electro music? No ! We will not learn here to be a DJ or to compose "dance-music", "electro" music in the commonly understood sense, or even songs. Should I know the computer? It's better if that's the case, but learning can be done at the same time as music research. Is it necessary to have a computer? Yes ! A "workshop" rather than a class? The course takes the form of a practical workshop, listening sessions, critical works. By computer? Everything happens on computer once recorded sound elements of all kinds. Editing, transformation, mixing on software designed for this. No software required. The proposed route can be adapted to any multitrack sequencing software. The computer is only a tool, it is the composer who makes the music. Practically what do we do? The composer works "with the sounds" that he has most often recorded himself. He chooses them, assembles them, deforms them, mixes them according to his project, according to his his intuition, his ideas and desires, gradually builds a music. For those who want it and need it, exercises are proposed which allow to approach at the same time techniques of realization and specific musical proposals. Composition / Invention It is not a question of declaring oneself all composers, but of asserting that one can all ask questions of composers, with, at the same time, seriousness and fantasy. To confront the game of a free invention. What musical orientation? What style ? This is a "musical research" approach: to seek to invent a music beyond the traditional values - heights of note, regular pulsations, instrumental timbres - without being forbidden to do all that. A "music of sounds", in the widest possible sense, a "music of all sounds "as opposed to what we might call obviously too simplified" a music of notes ". This choice, which apparently seems to shake up the musical uses, is nevertheless part of a tradition of more than a century and rich of a repertoire too little known and which had various names: - Electroacoustic Music - Concrete music - Acousmatic music - Contemporary music Finally, we each have a precious tool to never forget: our ear, and a fascinating and rewarding work to drive, questioning oneself.

Flute ONLINE for everyone. Children to Adults. (English, Russian) (Ghent)
Anna
I might not know much about flute, but what I know is that if you want to learn it, Anna's your gal. She's fun, smart, punctual and really professional and, to top it off, a really good teacher. She is going to make you feel appraised for your smallest accomplishments (which will definitely help you evolve much faster than using any conventional book/online course etc.) and will find the sweet spot between theoretical concepts and fun, practical songs to keep you entertained. I myself had an internal kerfuffle and nearly quit after 2 weeks of trying to learn flute. But flute can be fun and entertaining, and Anna's teaching method is the proof to that lemma!

Harp and Music Theory/Solfege lessons, for adults and children (Etterbeek)
Eleonora
I enjoyed my first lessons. It was both very practical since I learned a lot about the technical aspect of playing an instrument (hand positioning, body posture, etc.) and about the history of harp. The teacher also gave me advice regarding buying my own harp. She was very attentive and paid attention to my every movement, to make sure that I played it all correctly. I am looking forward to having more lessons
