About me My name is Constanza, and I've been a certified Hatha Yoga Teacher since 2021. But my yoga journey began long before that: over 20 years ago. What began as a personal practice transformed into a true philosophy of life and, over time, a vocation. In addition to traditional yoga, I have experience using yoga as a physical and mental preparation for freediving (apnea), a discipline I also practice. This connection between body, breath, and water allowed me to delve deeper into techniques of concentration, breath control, and mindfulness, which I now integrate into my classes to offer a more conscious and profound experience. My dream is to accompany those who wish to begin or deepen their yoga journey, respecting each individual's time and needs. I deeply believe that yoga is a transformative tool, not only for the body but also for the soul. About the course This Hatha Yoga course is designed to help you reconnect with your body, calm your mind, and rediscover your breath as an anchor to the present moment. We'll work with postures (asanas), breathing techniques (pranayama), and moments of introspection and meditation. Whether you're just starting out or already have experience, each class is designed to be a safe, friendly, and flexible space where you can explore your practice at your own pace. If you're also interested in the world of water—whether through recreational diving or freediving—I also offer specific tools to improve body awareness, lung capacity, and mental serenity, which are key both in and out of the water. ✨ I invite you to discover the power of pause, silence, and conscious movement. The journey to yourself begins with a breath... and I'd love to join you. ✨

Are you new to yoga? Or would you like to have someone in addition to online yoga who pays attention to your alignment in the various yoga positions? Perhaps you also notice that in one position or the other one area of the body hurts and you don't quite know how to vary the posture? My goal is to enable you to have a yoga practice that is characterized by a functional approach (as opposed to a purely aesthetic approach that only looks at the external form). For a healthy practice that should give you a better understanding and awareness of your body. Overall, my classes are very keen to pick you up where you are. Accordingly, beginners are also very welcome! 🙂 Some information about me: Thanks to my mother, I started practicing Iyengar Yoga as a teenager and there I experienced firsthand how beneficial yoga can be. And not only on a physical, but also on a mental level. Accordingly, I realized early on that yoga pursues a holistic approach: always understanding body and mind in interaction with one another and not as separate from one another. In a society that is shaped by dualism, I find this approach very valuable and empowering to counteract the experiences of alienation that we are often exposed to due to external norms. All the more so to come back into contact with ourselves. That was over 12 years ago. I later tried different styles of yoga for myself, only to end up with a functional approach, which I also teach today. I always see myself as a student who is always learning. I really enjoy dealing with bodies and movements and learning more about them. I am also a budding physiotherapist. In my yoga training I focused on a clear alignment in the positions and also got to know therapeutic elements of yoga. In the meantime, I have completed many advanced training courses in various areas. These include YinYoga, HormonYoga, Therapeutic Yoga, Yoga & Somatics, Yoga & Depression, Yoga Anatomy, Yoga for the shoulder and neck area, Creative Sequences & Drills. I am also a trained faculty trainer. +++ I can also teach in English +++ I also offer regular Zoom courses in German: Tuesdays 19: 30-20: 30 YinYoga Saturdays 11 am-12:15pm Functional Basic Yoga

It teaches us to receive. To feel. To soften. In a world that often pushes us to go faster, do more, and always be ‘on,’ Yin invites us back to being. This is where we reconnect with our essence — the part of us that delights in stillness, savors the moment, and feels life deeply. Yin helps us fall in love with simply being alive. With noticing the small things. It’s not about chasing — it’s about attracting. It’s about surrendering to the rhythm of the breath, the wisdom of the body, and the whisper of the present moment. Whether you identify as masculine or feminine — we all carry both energies within. Yin was actually designed for male martial artists by Paulie Zink to help balance excess yang energy. So for men, this is a powerful way to slow down, ground yourself, and reconnect with clarity. For women, especially those constantly in ‘go’ mode, Yin is a healing return to your natural flow. It can transform the way you move through the world — with softness, magnetism, and inner peace. ☀️ Flow with Vinyasa ☀️ If Yin is the moon, Vinyasa is the sun. Vinyasa yoga is a powerful practice that links breath with movement, helping you build flexibility, balance, and body awareness while releasing mental clutter. It's energising, detoxifying, and grounding all at once. But it’s not just flowy vibes — Vinyasa works deeply into your muscles. With creative sequences and full-body movement, it strengthens your core, stretches tight areas, tones your limbs, and builds endurance. Every class is a gentle workout and a moving meditation wrapped in one. Whether you're looking to break a sweat or melt into your breath, this practice keeps your body strong, lean, and balanced — and your mind clear and centered. 💫 You don’t have to choose between softness and strength. You were made to hold both. See you on the mat ✨🌷

My personal goal is to share the experience of "health, happiness, and harmony in life through yoga" (Swami Niranjanananda's guideline) with others. I firmly believe that yoga is a powerful tool to promote physical and mental well-being, find inner peace, and lead a balanced life. This philosophy flows into my teaching and inspires my students to begin their own journey towards greater well-being and harmony. After practicing yoga intensively since 2008, both in Satyananda ashrams in Greece and India, as well as daily as a personal sadhana, and initiated in Karma Sannyasa by Swami Satyasangananda Saraswati, my heart has been even more dedicated to the Satyananda system of yoga. My yogic name (Sannyasin Sri Vidya) reflects my deep connection to this tradition. My commitment to yoga is also evident in my continuous education. Since 2008, I have been participating in numerous yoga and meditation workshops and seminars in Europe and India. In 2024, I successfully completed my Yoga Alliance training in Vienna, further refining my skills as a yoga teacher. For the past year, I have been teaching yoga privately to adults, gaining valuable experience in imparting yoga practices. My passion for yoga, coupled with my musical background, allows me to create unique and inspiring yoga classes. My academic career includes a Master's degree in Musicology with a specialization in Music Education, as well as various Bachelor's degrees in Classical Piano, Opera Singing, Music Composition, and Theory. As a flutist and passionate kirtan singer (kirtan.serenityinaction.com), I bring a special musical touch to the yoga practice. A special advantage is my ability to teach yoga primarily in English and Greek. These language skills allow me to reach a wide range of students and offer international classes. As a yoga teacher, I pass on my knowledge as follows: -Creating an inviting atmosphere -Structure of the lesson: Starting with mantras chanting, asanas, pranayamas, relaxation (Satyananda System of Yoga) -Clear guidance and demonstration when necessary -Addressing students individually -Conveying yoga philosophy -Motivating and inspiring -Being authentic and leading by example -Open to questions and feedback
