Trusted teacher: Hi yogis! I have been practicing yoga continuously for over 5 years and started giving yoga classes 3 years ago. I am a passionate and determined instructor. I provide an individual approach and focus on the needs of the students. I adjust the level of the training to the needs and skills of the students so everyone can get the best out of it. I still develop skills and attend workshops, teacher trainings and classes provided by other teachers to expand my personal and teaching skills. I am a certified Yoga Vinyasa and Yin Yoga instructor. I obtained a certificate of a 200-hour Yoga Vinyasa teaching training and a 50-hour Yin Yoga teacher training accredited by Yoga Allience. I also completed Yoga Vinyasa teacher training according to Basia Łukaszczyk's original program and participated in yoga workshops. I teach mainly Vinyasa and Yin Yoga. Yoga Vinyasa is a dynamic practice in which breath guides the movement. We will mainly focus on standing and sitting asanas and flowing transitions. This practice warming up the body, strengthens and stretches it. By concentrating on the breath it allows you to rest from the racing thoughts and emotions. Yin Yoga affects deep tissues, including tendons and fascia. It is a static practice in which we stay in deep stretching positions for extended periods of time which allows to increase mobility and range of motion in the joints. In this stillness we devote ourselves to inner work - directing the breath to places that need it the most and observing and calming our thoughts. Can't wait to meet you on the mat! Namaste
Yoga
Namaste, dear yogis🙏🏻 I am glad to welcome you to my page. The fact that you are here is not an accident :) For me, yoga is not just a job, it is my way of life. And that's why my main goal is for Yoga to come to you not only on the mat, but also to enter your hearts, uniting your body with your soul. In my lessons, you will learn to feel your body, understand its needs and respect its capabilities. My lessons are flexible, so each practice will be adapted according to the capabilities of your body today. Hatha yoga, which is a fusion of two energies of the sun (male) and the moon (female), will lead you to a balance between tension and relaxation. With regular practice, you will gain not only strength and flexibility in the body, but also the ability to relax it, which is very important in the modern world, where stress is one of the main problems of society. Vinyasa flow yoga is a direction that preserves the traditions of Hatha yoga, but with the use of dynamic bundles. The advantage of the dynamic approach is that the movement warms up the connective tissues enveloping the muscles, thanks to this they begin to slide better, which, in turn, allows you to increase the amplitude of movements and develop functional flexibility. The combination of the static approach of Hatha yoga and dynamic Vinyasa flow yoga in one practice allows you to cover all muscle groups with attention, ensuring optimal muscle development and dynamics of internal processes in the body, such as lymph supply and blood supply. Therefore, if you lead a sedentary lifestyle, at the end of a hard working day, practicing with me will be the best way to relax both body and mind. Yes, despite the fact that we will sweat a lot, at the end of the practice you will realize that yoga is exactly what your body needs to relax and relieve excess tension. Well, if you want your day to pass energetically, and the body to retain its tone and working mood for a long time, starting the morning on the mat is the best way to show your love for the body. And I'm not even talking about how beneficial all this will affect the state of your mind, which really wants peace and concentration on breathing ;) See you on the mat🙏🏻

Gaurav
I had my first 90 minute Yoga lesson with Gaurav and it was exactly what i was looking for. He teached me the basic postures included breathing and chanting with a holistic approach. I really felt it was customized to my needs and personalized although online i felt the time flew by and he was carefully observing and teaching me. Very good energy and flow between the sequences. I can only recommend his class and will look forward working with him on my practice.

Marie-Hélène
Thank you 🙏 A very patient and understanding teacher. Studied my capabilities, or should I say lack of them, and planned from there. A great introduction to yoga. I shall continue to practice the Shavasana 😃. That’s the one pose I can manage without too much difficulty 🥺. I look forward to the next lesson.
