🎯 INTRODUCTION (English version below ⬇️) Learn violin with a professional concert violinist active on the international scene. I was trained directly by Maxim Vengerov, one of the world's greatest violinists, and I regularly perform as a soloist in concerts and festivals across Europe. 👉 You don't just learn the technique — You learn to play, think and sound like a true stage musician. 💎 WHY MY TEACHING IS DIFFERENT Most violin teachers: no longer perform on stage focus solely on the exercises My teaching is based on genuine concert experience: develop a powerful and beautiful sound play with confidence prepare for concerts and exams progress efficiently without wasting time 👉 I teach what actually works on stage — not just in the rehearsal room. 🧠 INJURY TECHNIQUE & PREVENTION A crucial aspect of violin playing is often overlooked: posture and tension management. Over time, poor technique can lead to: unnecessary tensions physical pain (neck, shoulders, back) limitations in progression 👉 Many students only realize it when problems arise. From the outset, I focus on: a natural posture freedom of movement an efficient use of the body This ensures healthy and sustainable progress. 🔧 ADVANCED CORRECTION & SUPPORT I also work with: ✔ Students who have developed technical difficulties ✔ violinists suffering from tension or discomfort ✔ Musicians who feel “stuck” in their progression 👉 With the right approach, it is entirely possible to rebuild a free, natural and confident technique. 🌍 INTERNATIONAL COURSE International concert violinist Winner of international competitions Experience of concerts across Europe Working with top-level musicians and ensembles 🎯 TARGET AUDIENCE ✔ motivated beginners ✔ Children starting out on the violin ✔ adult amateurs ✔ Advanced students preparing for exams or concerts 👉 Each course is tailored individually. 💰 STOCK VALUES You are not paying for a standard course. You are investing in: an international level training a true stage experience precise and effective teaching 👉 This level of teaching is usually found in top-level conservatories. ✨ FINAL MESSAGE My goal is not just to teach you the violin — but to help you develop confidence, freedom and true musical expression. 🎯 INTRODUCTION Learn violin with a professional concert violinist actively performing on the international stage. Modern, Historic and Baroque Cello & Chamber MusicTranslate this text using Google Translate.

Modern, Historic and Baroque Cello & Chamber MusicTranslate this text using Google Translate.

I propose courses of VIOLONCELLE (modern and baroque), for all levels: "from 7 till 77 years", and lessons of MUSIC OF ROOM, ensemble musics, string quartet. During my classes, you will have the opportunity to listen to your specific tastes and develop them, but also to glimpse other necessary qualities, such as crucial notions of musical language, for example, or improvisation. My teaching includes the practice on 'modern' cello, and also on so-called 'historical' or 'old' instruments. It promotes direct oral transmission, 'chest-to-chest', as if to return to the sources of learning. You will find a know-how from an ancestral tradition. Discover this warm instrument, a genuine voice towards self-learning and the outside world, the infinite perceptions and sensibilities of everyone! We will work in my workshop, located in the unique and dynamic setting of Ateliers de la Côte in Etoy: an ideal place for an artistic activity out of the ordinary. - Cellist and independent musician, self-employed - Concertist - Diplomas of the Geneva High School of Music: Soloist, Chamber Music, Orchestra, Pedagogy. - member of several ensembles in the region - member of the Association of Artists and Musicians of Geneva You will finally have the opportunity to perform in public once a year, during a small concert organized, included in the price of course. Do not hesitate to contact me for further information. I will be happy to accompany you in your musical approach. Matthew

Guitar / Bass / Ukulele / TheoryTranslate this text using Google Translate.

Guitar / Bass / Ukulele / TheoryTranslate this text using Google Translate.

The course that I propose is BILINGUAL FRENCH / ENGLISH, as well as 2 BOOKS. Age and musical taste are not restrictive when in the program, you can with qualitative daily work (not quantitative) quickly observe your progress. Here the pleasure of playing music is put forward. The kind of music you love most will be the focus of the course, their codes and secrets will be the focus of our study, that's what I want to share with you. We can do technical lessons and simply learn together how to play one or more songs of your choice or mine, enrich your game with this approach and your repertoire! (For example, We can re-arrange the pieces and make them more original by approaching the system (CAGED), and enriching their chords, resulting in new positions, new techniques and new sounds, using arpeggio techniques rather than strumming for 4-chord pieces, voicing and fingerstyle techniques, in short, expanding the instrument's playing fields and playing skills to keep progressing in your game and improve your rehearsals ...) If you make a request, this program is obviously accompanied by the pleasure of learning more in theory and being able to directly apply new knowledge on its instrument and identify its common or rare use in the pieces discussed in class. In this case, the theory is translated to be accessible to anyone, both for those who are connoisseurs and for those who discover everything from absolute zero. The exercises, songs, and theoretical explanations offered throughout the program are organized in an order of progressive difficulty. I wrote and produced 2 books of my method to learn the guitar and the music, that I sell to accompany my course and your apprenticeship in the best conditions and so that you can continue the course even at home and to review etc ... . There is ONE BOOK OF COURSES containing all the theoretical and practical program of the year, as well as a BOOK OF EXERCISE on the ranges and the modes that you can obtain directly. You can find here an indicative list of objectives that I propose in my theoretical program, which can of course adapt to your request. The general theoretical objectives of the course: --- Tuning / tuning and knowing his guitar: * Standard Tuning * Drop Tuning * Open Tuning * Adjust the optimal tension of the strings * Adjust the shaft axis * Adjust the action of the strings * Choose the strings adapted to the style of play / tuning * Change his strings -Know his chords: * Triads: Fundamental State & Inversions * Tetrads: Fundamental State & Inversions * The chord progressions of the Range * Arpeggio techniques (tapping, sweep, 1/2/4 fing.shape, etc ...) --- Know his scales and his modes * The Mode of the Major scale * 3 Modes of the Minor scale: Natural / Melodic / Harmonic * Modes of the Pentatonic range: 5 positions * Modes of the Blues range: 5 positions Etc ... --- Technique to the Pick / Plectrum / Tab / Pick (Electric Guitar): * Alternate Picking * Fast Picking / Tremolo Picking * Hybrid Picking * Palm Mute * Natural Harmonics * Pinch Harmonics * Artificial Harmonics * Shredding * Tapping * Sweep Picking * Legato Picking --- Strumming / Hand Picking (Acoustic Guitar) * "SnareDrum" percussion on the guitar * Arpeggios pinched with 4 fingers + thumb * Rasgueado (Flamenco Technique) * Generic Strumming * Fingerstyle Picking * Two-finger picking + Legato for fast melodies (eg a solo) -Play the metronome * exercises on click * practice on song riffs -Learn his favorite songs * without thinking about the difficulty, nothing is impossible with the right methodology -Improvise * choose ranges and positions * to place oneself rhythmically, to finish on the judicious notes -Theory of Harmony * Understand harmonization and its practice -Theory on the Melody -Theory of Rhythm

Piano Lessons in Classical and Contemporary Styles for Beginning-Advanced Levels (ages 6 and up)Translate this text using Google Translate.

Piano Lessons in Classical and Contemporary Styles for Beginning-Advanced Levels (ages 6 and up)Translate this text using Google Translate.

Welcome to my piano teaching studio! I am a professional pianist offering private piano and theory lessons for students of all levels. As a pianist with over 14 years of teaching experience in Europe and the USA, as well as over 23 years of playing/performing, I enjoy motivating my students with music of their own preferred style and interest, whether that be classical or contemporary. My main goal is to promote a positive experience and love for music-making during the learning process. If the student is interested in a more structured approach, I guide preparation for grades 1-8 of the Associated Board of the Royal Schools of Music (ABRSM) piano and music theory exams where my students consistently receive highest marks. I also have successful experience preparing students for conservatory entrance auditions, masterclasses, and competitions in the Europe, the USA, India, and Canada. We have class concerts at Pianos Maene for interested students twice per year. I am happy to provide either a more relaxed or a serious approach to learning piano, we simply need to discuss the personal goals and preferences of each student. My own studies are as follows: I have obtained two postgraduate performance degrees at the Royal Conservatory of Antwerp: "Concertsoloist" in Piano Performance and "Chamber Music” (under the guidance of esteemed professor Sergei Edelmann). Prior to this, I received my Bachelor and Masters degrees in Piano Performance/Music from the University of Minnesota - Minneapolis (with Prof. Lydia Artymiw) and Texas Christian University, Fort Worth (with Dr. Tamas Ungar). My experience includes collaboration with many different instrumentalists and singers, performing as a soloist and collaborative member in several orchestras, and receiving top prizes in several competitions. While maintaining my performance and recording career in Belgium at present, I am developing my private music studio in central Antwerp and look forward to meeting new students.

“ Lou-Indigo is hands-down the best teacher I have ever had the pleasure of learning music from. Having been taught by a number of music teachers for a variety of different instruments, I have experienced a range of different teaching styles and personalities, yet nobody has been able to keep me focused and captivated by music in the way that Lou-Indigo does. In the past, music lessons would always bore me, as I found that my perspective of music being an outlet of creativity would often be tarnished by previous teachers who took too much of a strict, structural approach to music. On the other hand, some other teachers would be too relaxed, often leading to me becoming frustrated by a lack of progress and direction. Lou-Indigo manages to skillfully combine structure, creativity and a relaxed atmosphere into a 60-minute lesson. I am the complete opposite of bored and genuinely look forward to every lesson. Instead of feeling drained after sessions, I feel inspired to learn more. In my opinion, Lou-Indigo does this by crafting just the right amount of challenge into each exercise, enough to give you a sense of progress and achievement, but not too much to make you feel frustrated or overly daunted. Furthermore, his clear explanation of music theory and guitar techniques, evidently backed by years of experience, gives you a deeper insight into music, uncovering the medium's potential for creative expression. I could not recommend Lou-Indigo more. ”

“ I started my lessons with Giorgia four months ago, and I am so glad to have found her. As a 26-year-old beginner, I was not sure if I should even try to pursue learning an instrument at this point. But now I am so glad I did! I am learning online, and I was a little unsure of how lessons via webcam would go. Despite my prejudice, everything turned out great, even though my setup is quite basic. Her approach to teaching is very creative. She is able to explain things that seem hard to put into words, and she always finds comparisons and descriptions that convey clearly little details of approach that make a lot of difference in the end result. For any difficulty I encountered, she presented methods of exercise that helped correct it. Another thing that I appreciate is that from one lesson to the next, the volume of work is challenging enough that I feel I am making progress, but not to the point that I am overwhelmed. Also, even though I am just beginning and the pieces are not that complex, she explains the musical interpretation in a way that not only helps me advance my skill but also enriches the way I understand and listen to music, and I find great value in that. Her manner of teaching is very organic, and she is a patient teacher with a warm presence. I wholeheartedly recommend her lessons! ”

“ Anna is an excellent violin teacher. I highly recommend her. She’s able to convey her passion for violin in a fun and relatable way for children by teaching/practicing through games and stories. She knows how to channel my son’s energy and keep him focused by making the lessons interesting for a child. She has a really good balance between being demanding yet encouraging and positive. My 6 year old started the violin six months ago and I’m very pleased to see him enjoy playing and learning. He looks forward to his lesson with Anna every week and I’m very pleased with his progress. ”
