I’m a 22yo Italian violinist based in Vienna and I’m currently studying at the University of Music and Performing Arts in Graz (KUG). I have been giving violin lessons to children aged 5 and over for 5–6 years, and I have also taken part in music projects in primary schools in Bologna! In addition to regular piano lessons, I offer targeted, solution-oriented individual coaching for more experienced pianists, provide support with competition and exam preparation, and coach chamber music groups. I graduated from the Vienna Music Gymnasium and studied at the Vienna University of Music. I studied instrumental and vocal pedagogy and have many years of teaching experience at various schools. Therefore, I am very well qualified to teach harmony, ear training, and music theory. I am also a pop songwriter and can teach you how to compose songs as well.

Violin lessons can be much more than learning notes, technique, and repertoire. In my classes, I want to develop what I call a culture of sound: the ability to truly listen, to understand the character and quality of a sound, and to discover how one note can carry emotion, intention, and meaning. Alongside violin technique, we explore the philosophy of music - why music affects us so deeply, how interpretation changes what we hear, and how musicians learn to communicate something that cannot always be expressed in words. Playing the violin is also a unique form of mental training. It requires the ears, eyes, hands, memory, imagination, and attention to work together at the same time. In this sense, music is both meditation and one of the most powerful exercises in concentration. Regular practice develops focus, coordination, memory, and the brain's ability to learn. My goal is therefore not simply to teach someone how to play the violin. I want students to develop a sensitive ear, an individual relationship with sound, intellectual curiosity, and the ability to become completely absorbed in music. I am a professional cellist based in Vienna, Austria, currently active as a soloist and chamber musician. I offer individual online cello lessons in English, German, Italian and Japanese. I studied at a National Conservatory of Music in Italy with a full scholarship from the Italian government, and subsequently continued my studies at the Music Conservatory of Vienna. My professional experience includes working with the Vienna Symphony Orchestra as well as performing in opera productions. Today, I work actively as a soloist and chamber musician in Vienna and internationally. My experience as a performing musician allows me to bring practical knowledge of professional music-making, performance preparation and stage experience directly into my teaching. My name is Alyona, I am a professional cellist, have studied classical cello in Russia (Moscow), the Netherlands (Groningen) and currently studying jazz cello in Austria (Linz). I’ve been teaching for four years now and would be happy to share my love for music with new students 💫 Our lesson can go in three languages: English, German or Russian. I teach Soviet school of classical cello playing founded by Semyon Kozolupov that was passed to me by my Moscow professor Igor Gavrysh. From the very basics to advanced technical levels. On top of that I can teach music theory and solfege, to complement your musical journey. And if you want to study jazz with me, I can accompany your first steps in it, as well as teach you things I am currently learning from my jazz professor Stephan Braun.
