Lou-Indigo
Lou-Indigo is hands-down the best teacher I have ever had the pleasure of learning music from. Having been taught by a number of music teachers for a variety of different instruments, I have experienced a range of different teaching styles and personalities, yet nobody has been able to keep me focused and captivated by music in the way that Lou-Indigo does.
In the past, music lessons would always bore me, as I found that my perspective of music being an outlet of creativity would often be tarnished by previous teachers who took too much of a strict, structural approach to music. On the other hand, some other teachers would be too relaxed, often leading to me becoming frustrated by a lack of progress and direction.
Lou-Indigo manages to skillfully combine structure, creativity and a relaxed atmosphere into a 60-minute lesson. I am the complete opposite of bored and genuinely look forward to every lesson. Instead of feeling drained after sessions, I feel inspired to learn more. In my opinion, Lou-Indigo does this by crafting just the right amount of challenge into each exercise, enough to give you a sense of progress and achievement, but not too much to make you feel frustrated or overly daunted. Furthermore, his clear explanation of music theory and guitar techniques, evidently backed by years of experience, gives you a deeper insight into music, uncovering the medium's potential for creative expression.
I could not recommend Lou-Indigo more.

Saxophone lessons for beginners, intermediate and advanced musicians (Brussels)
Emidio
Emidio is a fantastic saxophone teacher. He provides you with the feedback you need to learn many things at the same time: He gives you tips for a good embouchure and shows you how to blow a proper tone. He teaches you how to play in tune and introduces you to tone articulation on the saxophone, when you are ready for it. He guides your own practice efficiently, so you can be certain to not loose time. In addition, you learn to read notes and a lot about music in general. Emidio is a kind, patient, supportive and encouraging saxophone teacher, who is ready to reply to whatever question you throw at him. Emidio communicates well and is clear. His classes are fun, inspiring and intense. I will continue my musical journey with Emidio.I highly recommend Emidio as a saxophone teacher. With Emidio, you can be certain that you learn to play the saxophone in the best possible way.

Singing lessons & vocal coaching – Pop, Jazz, Swing, Musical theatre, Rock, Hip-hop - Vocal technique, personalized coaching, voice work. (Brussels)
Matteo
Have been taking lessons with Matteo for 6 months (approximately every 2 weeks) and couldn't be happier with the choice. His attention for identifying strengths and weaknesses in technique is excellent, and it's clear he genuinely cares about helping you to improve. I also really appreciated from the first lesson his nuanced approach to vocal technique, where instead of framing things as right or wrong, he focuses more on helping you to understand what you are doing (thus leaving room for stylistic choices). I have also found discussions regarding song composition incredibly helpful as an aspiring singer-songwriter.
Overall, thrilled with the experience so far and have certainly started to see improvements in my vocal technique during the last few months.
