I am particularly sensitive to those who suffer from specific physical conditions or who live with a pathology. Years ago I was diagnosed with an autoimmune disease that led me to approach yoga and other beautiful holistic disciplines such as astrology, tarot and Bach flowers, with the desire to better understand the functioning of the human being, both on a physical level and - above all - emotionally. Over time, I've learned to listen to my body's message and have come to understand that behind many illnesses lies a deep disconnection from oneself and a lack of self-care tools. Through a restorative and anatomically conscious approach, I adapt the practice so that each person can move safely, confidently, and respectfully toward their own limits.
