As a yoga and meditation teacher with 14 years of experience and a deep passion for healing modalities that really work, such as energy clearing, acupressure, homeopathy, ego clearing - I've many skills that I enjoy sharing with those who work with me to overcome challenges. As a Management Consultant in the Corporate sector for 16 years, I've coached many people to become more effective communicators, leaders, and happier people. The aim of working with me is to grow stronger, to become more aware of what's causing the limitation. To create a change in perspective through activities that grow the authentic consciousness that's already within you - so you feel empowered enough to overcome the limitation through increased joy, strength and happiness. Each class is tailored to the student's requirements - it could consist of life coaching, leadership coaching, yoga, meditation, energy clearing, acupressure, art therapy or something else that's more appropriate. I generally work with a student for 4 - 6 weeks, with a single class per week. The student has daily homework to do in-between classes to assist with the transformation that will be energetically occurring when working with me. Trusted teacher: About me My name is Constanza, and I've been a certified Hatha Yoga Teacher since 2021. But my yoga journey began long before that: over 20 years ago. What began as a personal practice transformed into a true philosophy of life and, over time, a vocation. In addition to traditional yoga, I have experience using yoga as a physical and mental preparation for freediving (apnea), a discipline I also practice. This connection between body, breath, and water allowed me to delve deeper into techniques of concentration, breath control, and mindfulness, which I now integrate into my classes to offer a more conscious and profound experience. My dream is to accompany those who wish to begin or deepen their yoga journey, respecting each individual's time and needs. I deeply believe that yoga is a transformative tool, not only for the body but also for the soul. About the course This Hatha Yoga course is designed to help you reconnect with your body, calm your mind, and rediscover your breath as an anchor to the present moment. We'll work with postures (asanas), breathing techniques (pranayama), and moments of introspection and meditation. Whether you're just starting out or already have experience, each class is designed to be a safe, friendly, and flexible space where you can explore your practice at your own pace. If you're also interested in the world of water—whether through recreational diving or freediving—I also offer specific tools to improve body awareness, lung capacity, and mental serenity, which are key both in and out of the water. ✨ I invite you to discover the power of pause, silence, and conscious movement. Yoga is the union of all parts of the Being (mind, body, and soul), so we work holistically on the Being through physical practice, breathing, and meditation. On a physical level, we gain body awareness, strength, flexibility, balance, endurance...
