I have been playing electric guitar for 16 years and I was a member of several rock bands before. In my courses, I mostly focus on improvisation over bluesy, jazzy or simple rock chords. For those beginners, I start with some basics until we reach the required level to improvise. By taking the classes, you will learn how to accompany other instruments and enjoy together with other musicians.

DRIVEN AND DIVERSE VIOLIN TEACHER | As a violin teacher, I teach in a way that focuses on the pleasure of the student when playing their instrument. For this I turn, for example, to the use of different music styles (classical, film music, pop, Balkan ...), improvisation, modern technologies and ensemble playing. I myself am an enthusiastic violinist who is constantly looking for novelties on the violin. I strive to search for sound, texture, and musical experiments. This is something that I want to pass on to my students. I want to provoke their curiosity about all the possibilities of the violin. I have already gained several years of experience as a violin teacher. This within the DKO, various JMAs and private.

⁃ 10+ years of teaching experience either private (one-on-one) and group lessons. ⁃ I apply different education programs to children and adults. ⁃ In my lessons with children, i use games and play doug. Since i use these unique and fun techniques to teach, until now i have helped more then 100+ children to meet with either cello or piano. ⁃ Ensamble studies (i enjoyed to help my students get to gather and perform on a real stage!, because it is very important and motivating to actually express what they learned and practice it to a audience).

Dear future student! I can teach at home but also provide a location around the regions (Antwerp, Hasselt, Ghent or Leuven). Provided I have already completed my master's diploma tuba (euphonium) and master percussion and also follow a master trombone, I can teach different instruments. During the lessons there is the choice to implement solfège or to keep the lessons only instrument technical. I work very constructively and I like to listen to the wishes / goals of the student. In the lessons I work very specifically on the wishes and goals of the student. This can be a very classical training but also contain modern pop songs. Feel free to contact me for some additional information! Many greetings, Sam
