Trusted teacher: If you feel that there's more to life, if you feel that there's something missing, or you're feeling stuck in some way, our meditation sessions can help elevate, give clarity and move you forward. MY APPROACH: *My sessions are for ALL levels and ALL ages (assessed on a case-by-case basis), I will meet you for the lessons where you're at. *All sessions are tailored around your needs. When working with me, you have my full energy and attention. I'm here for the sole purpose of assisting you. *Heart-led approach: as a space holder I'm here to receive you in a completely non-judgemental and compassionate way. It's my job to make you feel safe and I will be there to guide you through anything you want to explore in these sessions. ~ Meditation is the Root, but there are many branches that may be required for an individual's development. This is why I like to incorporate various modalities (as needed) such as: *qigong *breathwork/pranayama *somatic movement *holistic bodywork *strength conditioning *sound healing *plus advisories regarding nutrition, lifestyle, and more... The core of my approach is that which has been taught by all ancient traditions: the path of Self-Awareness. Through self-awareness we can live with clarity and authenticity. Before we can feel safe, stable and not be in a reactionary state, we must clear and re-balance the mind. Then we are in a position to gain new insights and open up to new possibilities. The biggest problem in today’s world is focus. Most of us are on autopilot 95% of the time (this is proven by the latest neuroscience). We must develop our concentration by having a meditation practice and being mindful during our day. WHAT TO EXPECT: A central part of my practice is sharing, discussion, reflection. Sessions are usually oriented around a certain topic of discussion/sharing, where you would bring a specific question, topic or issue to explore further. We may start (or end) with a tea (with optional assistive herbs), and see where it takes us. Using meditation/discussion as a starting point, intuitively I will guide the session along its natural trajectory, incorporating different things as required. Everyone is different, every day is different ~ so we just go with the flow of what the present moment asks of us. WORKING WITH ME ON A DEEPER LEVEL: I have limited spaces for working more closely 1:1 - for those looking for a deep recalibration and transformation. The extent of this offering is a full blueprint that comes from my life’s work of spiritual training, study and holistic life design. Sharing with you my philosophy and principles, and many years of experience - for the right people I am available for this level of mentorship. I do not subscribe to a specific religion, but I'm so very grateful to be able to draw upon the timeless wisdom of such venerated traditions: Various ancient lineages of Yoga Advaita Vedanta Buddhism (Zen, Theravada, etc.) Taoism (Water Method) Sufism Mystic Christian tradition ... and many more. Wishing you total fulfilment and prosperity in this life, Vincent

This class is dedicated to all those who wish to calm the nervous system and work on rooting themselves in the present moment. Connecting with the body and its language. A combination of yoga and somatic techniques that help us understand how our body works and its relationship with the mind. For all levels, because we're not looking for virtuosity in complicated positions, but to refine our perception, communication and understanding of our ‘total self’. We'll use asanas and pranayama, as well as micromovements and meditation. Everyone is welcome! A perfect class if you're going through a period of stress or a lot of mental activity or worry, if you lead a very sedentary life, or simply if you want to relax and move your body. The purpose of those classes is education, not on the superficial level of mimicking form, but on a profoundly deep level of understanding the full use of the body as an integral whole to maximize full function of each individual's unique movement potential. The aim is toward maximum physicality in function and overall health as well as a state of relaxation and a stimulation of the body's energy centres and meridians that is revitalising and healing. The benefits of yoga also include gaining flexibility and working on breathing skills concentration, balance, endurance, muscular and vital strength, as well as strengthening the nervous system and immune system. The content and dynamics of the practices will be adapted to your experience, needs, age, and specific circumstances, seeking to gain the greatest possible benefit. I have experience working with and teaching beginners and people with little experience of physical work as well as children in the field of dance, acting movement, and yoga.

Trusted teacher: Hey, I'm manager of yoga instructor Diana. She's from Ukraine, so I'll help with translations and communication. Hatha yoga - Yoga helps us to strengthen the body from the outside and inside. It helps us to improve our inner state and find balance. It is an opportunity to organize thoughts and focus on the here and now. In addition, yoga strengthens the body and improves mood. It has a positive effect on the flexibility and balance of our body. What are the benefits of this practice? First of all, it helps to strengthen the human body, build endurance and willpower. This yoga helps to relax and improves the ability to cope with stress. It has a positive effect on blood sugar and cholesterol levels. Due to the diversity of this practice, it improves muscle flexibility. Also, this practice fills the body with energy, boosts immunity and improves your posture. This practice is suitable for both women and men of all ages. The practice is a bit more complicated than hatha yoga, but it is also suitable for beginners. It is possible to move further in terms of complexity, using more dynamics and increasing the complexity of asanas. Further complication is focused on the use of asanas with deflections and inverted positions. Also, you can smoothly move into Ashtanga yoga or dynamic yoga. Diana has three years of experience teaching modern dance and yoga individually. She has more than 5 years of teaching experience in groups and dozens of satisfied students. Therefore, she will definitely provide everyone with an individual approach, find the right pace and the necessary asanas. Trusted teacher: Sound healing, also known as energy medicine, is recognized as one of the fastest holistic healing techniques, using specific sound vibrations to promote relaxation, balance energy, and support both physical and mental wellness. Techniques such as sound baths, chakra healing, and full body sound healing therapy are used to help address various conditions, including stress, anxiety, pain, and even some chronic diseases. Sound healing operates on the principle of resonance and vibrational medicine, where specific frequencies interact with the body on a cellular and energetic level to restore harmony. The body, being largely made of water, conducts these vibrations effectively, allowing sound to impact tissues deeply and trigger physiological responses such as endorphin release and pain relief. Techniques and Applications Sound Bath: Involves immersion in the soothing vibrations of instruments like singing bowls and gongs, inducing a deep state of relaxation and meditation. Chakra Healing: Targets the body’s energy centers by using sounds matched to each chakra frequency, aiding in emotional release and energy flow. Therapy for Diseases: Some studies and practitioners report benefits of sound healing for conditions like high blood pressure, insomnia, chronic pain, anxiety, PTSD, and even support through cancer and behavioral disorders. Full Body Healing: Promotes overall wellness by balancing mental, physical, and spiritual health, leaving individuals feeling refreshed and at peace. Benefits of Sound Healing Reduces stress, anxiety, tension, and fatigue. Improves mental clarity, emotional well-being, and sleep quality. Enhances blood circulation, lowers blood pressure, and supports natural healing. Balances chakras, promotes deep relaxation, and fosters a spiritual sense of connection. Sound healing is generally considered safe for most people, but those with certain sound sensitivities, epilepsy, or pregnancy should consult with practitioners before sessions.
