This class teaches meditation as a creative tool — specifically for people who make things, perform, build, and think for a living. The techniques here come from insight and manifestation practices, but I teach them through the lens of creative and technical work: how to enter a flow state deliberately, how to move through creative blocks, how to perform under pressure without freezing, and how to separate signal from noise when you're deep in a project. I've been practicing these techniques for years alongside live performance work — combining biofeedback, live electronic music, and real-time visual systems in front of audiences. The overlap between meditation and performance is not metaphorical. Attention control, state management, and intentional focus are literal performance skills. I teach them that way. What you'll learn: Insight meditation: how to observe your own thought patterns without getting caught in them — essential for debugging creative blocks Manifestation as a design tool: using structured visualisation to clarify what you're actually trying to build or create before you start Breath and body-state techniques for entering deep focus on demand How to use these practices before a performance, a difficult meeting, a creative session, or a period of intense output Building a personal practice that fits around an irregular, project-driven life — not a 6am routine designed for someone else Who this is for: Makers, developers, designers, musicians, performers, founders, and anyone whose work requires sustained creative attention. I had my first 90 minute Yoga lesson with Gaurav and it was exactly what i was looking for. He teached me the basic postures included breathing and chanting with a holistic approach. I really felt it was customized to my needs and personalized although online i felt the time flew by and he was carefully observing and teaching me. Very good energy and flow between the sequences. I can only recommend his class and will look forward working with him on my practice.
