Yoga is a powerful instrument that can help us to understand and grow confidence in our bodies and mind. It is fundamental in mental and physical wellbeing, and even just one session a week can make a difference to your life.

In this class, you will learn a range of asanas in depth, including their purpose and effects in your body. There will also be an abundance of yogic philosophy and techniques for meditation and pranayama (Breath-work). Each student will delve into their being and explore any blockages or stressed energy, and gradually smooth them out. Yoga is an ideal way to stay fit and healthy, and remove pressures from day to day life.

For this Class, I want to create an intimate and comfortable atmosphere for the student; all ages and levels of experience welcome. There will be a sequence of asanas, short teachings of yoga philosophy, and open discussions between teacher and student. Aside from the class, I am always an open ear for anyone in need, and will provide the best support I can.


The classes can be tailored to the student's needs and ability.
Just have a chat with me about what you want to learn - any specific poses or philosophies, or just general ideas.
I am able to provide sessions more similar to a workout for physical fitness and training, or a more relaxed class with in depth postures and open conversations.

If possible, bring your own mat and/or block - I can provide if needed. Wear comfortable and flexible clothing. You will not need any other devices or instruments for the practise; just bring your body and an open-minded attitude. :)
