Each body is a world and each of us are at different points in our lives, that is why I try to adapt my classes to the needs of the students at all times, whether they are in groups or individually. My hope is to help my students achieve their goals and leave classes feeling better than when they arrived. Classes are usually 1 hour, although they can also be 1 hour and a half. I start and end my sessions with a few minutes of relaxation. The rest of the session is dedicated to warm-up exercises and preparation for the asanas, in the same asanas and breathing exercises on some occasions.
