There are no prerequisites to sing, just the desire to do it! My classes vary depending on what the student needs to work. In a first step, we often work posture and breathing, then we do warm-up exercises, where we look for the connection between the voice, the breath and the body. Finally we work on pieces of music. The voice is a unique instrument to every body, that's why you have to learn to listen to it and understand what happens when you produce a sound in one way or another.
