As a yoga and meditation teacher with 14 years of experience and a deep passion for healing modalities that really work, such as energy clearing, acupressure, homeopathy, ego clearing - I've many skills that I enjoy sharing with those who work with me to overcome challenges. As a Management Consultant in the Corporate sector for 16 years, I've coached many people to become more effective communicators, leaders, and happier people. The aim of working with me is to grow stronger, to become more aware of what's causing the limitation. To create a change in perspective through activities that grow the authentic consciousness that's already within you - so you feel empowered enough to overcome the limitation through increased joy, strength and happiness. Each class is tailored to the student's requirements - it could consist of life coaching, leadership coaching, yoga, meditation, energy clearing, acupressure, art therapy or something else that's more appropriate. I generally work with a student for 4 - 6 weeks, with a single class per week. The student has daily homework to do in-between classes to assist with the transformation that will be energetically occurring when working with me. I had my first 90 minute Yoga lesson with Gaurav and it was exactly what i was looking for. He teached me the basic postures included breathing and chanting with a holistic approach. I really felt it was customized to my needs and personalized although online i felt the time flew by and he was carefully observing and teaching me. Very good energy and flow between the sequences. I can only recommend his class and will look forward working with him on my practice.
