I am a violinist based in Vienna with extensive performance and teaching experience. The last few years I have studied in many cities (such as Frankfurt, Brussels and Amsterdam), learning from some of the best music professors in Europe. Have you always wanted to play the violin? Or maybe your child is into music and would love to learn to play an instrument? Then, this might be a great opportunity for you to fulfill that desire. If on the contrary you are an advanced student, I would love to help you build solid technique and support your own musicality. On the other hand, I do love all kinds of music. I am happy to work with you in Pop or Folk songs for example. I did play many years in Pop and Folk bands at different venues, such as resorts in Greece! If you would like to, any song can be arranged and played on the violin. I love meeting new students and helping them through their journey with the instrument. Every individual has different needs and goals and as a teacher I work together with every student, giving them the tools, knowledge and support they need to reach those goals. Making music and learning how to do it should be always a enjoyable process. Fortunately, when you like music and have a supportive and experienced teacher, helping you out and giving you the tools you need in every moment, that joy and stress-free music-making comes easily. I have 10 years of experience teaching private lessons to different ages and levels and several years of teaching internships during my studies. --------------------------------ENGLISH BELOW---------------- - The double bass and electric bass are among the most important and versatile instruments in an ensemble, whether it is a funk, jazz, rock band or a classical orchestra. With me you can learn how to play the bass: from the most important basics, playing techniques, exercises and styles to the corresponding pieces and songs. Some of our goals could be technical preparation for playing certain pieces, playing in an ensemble, or just enjoying music. I studied double bass, instrumental and vocal pedagogy at the University of Music and Performing Arts in Vienna and completed my master's degree at the Private University of Music and Art with honors. As an active musician and educator, I am versatile - I enjoy playing classical, jazz, funk and Latin music and teaching students who are interested in different styles of music. The double bass and the electric bass are among the most important and versatile instruments in an ensemble, regardless of the style – funk, jazz, rock band or a classical orchestra. Together we can learn the most important basics, playing techniques, exercises and of course, different styles, pieces and songs. Some of our goals could be the learning of a particular piece/song, the preparation for playing in an ensemble or just to have fun while playing. I have studied double bass-instrumental pedagogy at the University of Music and Performing Arts in Vienna and received my Master's degree at the Music and Arts Private University with full marks. As an active musician and as a pedagogue, I open to different genres – I like to play classical, jazz, funk and Latin music and I enjoy a lot of teaching them. I am happy to hear from you!
