Greetings! If you are having anxiety or stress related issues then my five sessions will help you to make you stress free. Also I am a registered Yoga Therapist so if you are having flexibility issues or any health issues I can assure you to make it really flexible and healthy.

The classes can focus on hips flexibility and mobility specifically, in order to work on the lower chakras, but the preferences of the student will be discussed so to tailor the class on the basis of your needs. Classes are generally addressing the whole body with a greater focus on the lower areas in the last parts of the class. But working on the hips can be very useful to release facial and jaw tension, tap into femininity and release stored negative emotions of fear and shame.
