As a professional violinist trained at the Frédéric Chopin College in Moscow, I was fortunate to also receive piano instruction there from exceptional teachers who passed on to me their passion for music and pedagogy. Today, I offer piano lessons for beginners, suitable for both children and adults. My lessons are based on a comprehensive approach: technique, note reading, music theory, ear training, and accompaniment. I tailor each lesson to the student's pace, desires, and level, in a motivating atmosphere. My goal is to help you progress while discovering the joy of playing and understanding music.

"The piano is an instrument that makes so many people dream! If only the brake of theory did not exist" in the course of conversations, I have often heard this sentence which puts me off. I am Thomas, a pianist student at the Royal Conservatory of Music in Liège where I am finishing my course. I started music far from Theory and solfège classes, by a method of my own, on which I worked quite a bit, in order to offer it to my students (I come from France where I had been teaching for 6 years alongside my studies). I proceed as follows: we first work on the ability to listen, and then we deduce the technical and/or theoretical concepts. music comes first and foremost through the spoken word! trained in classical, I have won international competitions, and have stage experience that allowed me to test my method!

I've been carrying my cello around since I was 6 years old. I started playing at the conservatory in Bastia, Corsica. At 18, I set off to discover the world of music: Nice, Paris, then Rennes, before finally settling in Liège, Belgium. Having fallen in love with my new home, I moved there and developed my musical and educational projects. Fascinated by the interconnectedness of the arts, I regularly work with theatre, circus, musical comedy, puppetry, etc. With a degree in pedagogy, passionate about teaching and to follow my pedagogical utopia, I created the MagnAttitude asbl structure which has more than 40 students. The goal is to support you in your project, whatever it may be. It's about adapting and tailoring to each individual's desires, while passing on the expertise of playing the cello.

Hello and thank you for visiting this website! I'm an established, qualified, and experienced violin teacher who has worked in London for the last 26 years. I'm now back in Belgium for some new musical adventures, as well as to meet new students. I welcome students from the age of four to adults. I have a real passion for transmitting my love of music, and I like to have a creative, playful and holistic approach to teaching. I also play the piano and often use it for aural training or to accompany my students (or do violin duets). I do believe that music is not just for competitions or exams but a skill for life that can bring tremendous joy, discoveries, friends and fun along the way. Learning an instrument is also a great way to foster different qualities such as patience, diligence, presence, resilience, deep listening and the ability to express and share our emotions with others. Having explored many different violin methods and styles, I take a different approach according to each student. I like to teach a solid classical technique with some scales, studies and pieces, but there are many different ways to make music enjoyable or find other paths depending on the student's goal. Although I was trained classically in Belgian Conservatoires and the Guildhall School of Music, I do like to teach a variety of music that is not just classical (Celtic, world, klezmer, jazz, tango, film music, pop...). I often encourage my students to compose or improvise freely. In the last two decades, I have led many youth orchestras and violin workshops and worked for many different primary and secondary schools in England. I'm a member of the European String Teachers Association. I’m looking forward to meeting you, please don’t hesitate to contact me for more information.

I welcome you to my lyrical studio to offer you real vocal coaching. During our session we will discover all of your vocal possibilities, approach your repertoire and concentrate our efforts on your objectives. From the hobby to the conservatory student wanting to perfect their vocal technique, to the professional who wants to go further in working on their voice or working on their repertoire, preparing for auditions, exams and competitions. under the ear of a true professional, all are welcome. Trained by several great Italian masters, heirs of a singing tradition that is too little taught today, the educational approach that I propose takes place in two stages. The work of vocal technique and the in-depth work of your voice. The work of lyrical singing requires rigor and diligence in order to achieve objectives leading to mastery of the vocal instrument. The second step is to approach your repertoire, to place the technique on the tunes or roles that you are approaching. However, depending on your objectives, it may be interesting to sometimes concentrate on the technical side, other times to concentrate on the repertoire covered. Possibility of being accompanied by a pianist when working on the repertoire (by reservation).

I give lessons of 1 hour, at home if necessary, for students of all levels and styles of play. My teaching covers both classical music and modern flute (jazz, etc.); the work done can focus on music of the student's choice, or I can simply redirect it to methods and scores if he wishes to work on them together. The idea is to progress, but above all to have fun, the two go hand in hand. I give lessons in Liège.
