Professional voice users like teachers, public speakers, actors, and dubbing artists can find new grounds to explore, while non-professional music lovers seeking artistic expression will find their space for artistic growth and self-expression. In our sessions, YOUR independence is the goal. You'll find the perfect harmony between theory, practical exercises, and active listening. By laying a rock-solid foundation in voice physiology, breath control, resonance, and clear articulation, you'll sing not just with your voice, but with your whole being. Plus, we're big on mindfulness and body awareness. You should feel as good as you sound. Got a favorite music genre? Great! We'll dive into the musical styles that you love. Whether you are looking for the disciplined learning of classical opera, the heart-pounding beats of pop, the rich depths of jazz, or the raw energy of rock, we're here to help you navigate and master the genres you love most. It's not just about hitting the right notes; our most important goal is finding your unique voice. And don't worry if you hit a wrong note or two; here, making mistakes is welcomed because they're the stepping stones to getting better. We cheer for every 'oops' because each one is a step towards 'wow'. If your needs require you to better your listening skills and knowledge of music theory, we can provide that along with vocal training. Beyond vocal prowess, our lessons can hone a comprehensive musical skill set. This includes active listening—a key element of our teaching philosophy. You'll learn to detect and relish the intricate details in music, from the pulse of the bass to the emotional phrasing of the violin. Our approach fosters a deep dive into the musical texture, allowing you to capture the emotional essence and complex layers of your favorite song. But our offerings don't end there. If you wish (and only if you wish, don't worry), we can guide you in learning to read sheet music or chord tabs, equipping you with the tools to navigate through melodies and harmonies independently. Embrace the music as a whole and let every note guide your voice to new expressive realms. 🌟 Ready to Start? Trusted teacher: [GERMAN] I firmly believe that good teaching begins with caring as much as possible about the needs and views of students, being sympathetic and being able to see the world through their lenses. The student can be as inspiring to the teacher as the teacher is to the student. The lessons can be designed individually according to your needs. We can discuss what interests you, what you want to learn, from classical or jazz to popular genres. If you're ready to find out what kind of journey and progress we can make, write to me! [ENGLISH] I truly believe that good teaching starts with the maximum possible amount of caring about the student's needs, point of view, practicing sympathy and being able to see the world through their glasses at least as much as it is possible. The student can be just as inspiring for the teacher as the teacher can be for the student. When they happen to fit each other, their work bears fruit in no time! The lessons can be personalized based on your needs. We can discuss what you are interested in, what you would like to learn about from classical or jazz to popular genres. If you are ready to figure out what kind of journey and progress we can make, write to me! About me/About me: [GERMAN] I am a 26-year-old musician, did my master's degree in flute in Hungary, study composition at the Berlin University of the Arts, have been giving piano, flute and music theory lessons and tutoring in mathematics for 6 years. I am a person whose whole life has always revolved around music since I was born. I always look forward to sharing other people's knowledge, having good discussions with open-minded people and discovering new perspectives and new aspects of our world. I grew up in a family of musicians, my parents are professional musicians in a symphony orchestra. I have been learning piano and flute since I was five years old. As a child, I wanted to learn a little about as many instruments as possible, such as tuba, bassoon, violin, acoustic and electric guitar, bass guitar and double bass, accordion, etc. In the end, flute, piano and composition became my profile. I have organized and performed many different concerts based on classical, contemporary, experimental, theatrical, electronic, jazz and pop music, free jazz, free improvisation, graphic notation, sound painting, performance arts, folk music of various peoples and so on. I am excited to learn something new about each type of music and find connections between pieces of music that come from quite different origins. Playing music and expressing yourself through an instrument is something that everyone can do! I believe in music being an inclusive and attainable skill no matter your experience. I have a passion for both teaching and playing the bassoon and flute, and believe in creating a positive and exciting environment for students. I have 10+ years experience as a flute and bassoon tutor across multiple schools in Sydney and London, and have recently moved to Berlin. I am able to teach in English only. I work as a freelance bassoonist in London and Berlin, and have worked with major orchestras such as the Chamber Orchestra of Europe, Berlin Philharmonic Karajan Akademie and the Orchestral of the Royal Opera House, London. I graduated with a Master’s degree from Guildhall School of music and drama, London. My teaching experience is extensive. I have taught students between the ages of 3-30. I have worked 1:1 with students, and have had lots of experience with groups of up to 40 students across many instruments. I have put many students through practical musical exams and highly encourage them if desired. My students have a 100% success rate in their exams. As I am currently a performer, teacher and student myself, I am very aware of the balance between hard work and having fun. I believe the best way to create a successful musical journey is through a positive and encouraging environment, where students can develop their skills and take risks without fear! I also take highly into account the individuality of students and their desires, so make sure to adjust my approach as suited. If you would like to learn the flute and/or bassoon just for fun, you are welcome. If you would like to further develop your musical skills, I offer lessons for competitions, school exams, as well as auditions in orchestras or conservatories.

Native English piano lessons from an experienced tutor (Berlin)
Jack
I’m so lucky that I was able to have lessons with Jack during my time in Berlin! He creates such a supportive environment for learning — laid back and calm, yet totally professional. After years of me struggling independently with a few pieces, he was able to show me new ways of approaching the music that transformed even the hardest parts into something accessible. He has a lovely and genuine way of offering encouragement / recognizing progress, while still keeping track of the underlying objective; a more far-reaching arc of improvement. I like how he remembers this larger perspective from week to week (especially when I forget), and finds ways to expertly weave the end goal into incremental, manageable steps. I have learned so much from the tools and techniques he’s shared with me, and am grateful to have enjoyed his teaching.

Deborah
I so enjoyed my class with Deborah! Immediately from when I first went in, I felt very comfortable. It was a really fun session, we went through different songs that I like, for her to get a feeling for my voice. She also already gave me some really helpful advice, which I can already feel the difference in how much power I have in my voice! I am really looking forward to my future sessions with her.

Guitar tutoring in Berlin for all ages and abilities. (Berlin)
George
I've just had my first session with George, and I can only recommend him. From the limited information he had, he came well prepared with suitable things to work on. Good paced lesson, and my mistakes were quickly identified and good tips for improvement given. Techniques that I was struggling with were really well demonstrated and explained. Looking forward to my next session.
