I offer different programs in the environment aquatic in the canton of Geneva in a pool or lake such as: # Awareness of the aquatic environment # Swimming lessons # Improvement in swimming techniques # Coaching and personalized training Each individual has specific expectations in an aquatic environment which can be totally different such as: overcoming the phobia of water, acquiring greater ease, learning swimming techniques, improving and increasing their gliding abilities, increasing their aerobic capacity and endurance through respiratory control, tone your body, gain muscle mass and increase motor power or even perform functional rehabilitation. I offer you an answer adapted to each of these expectations, for children from 4 years old, for adults individually or in groups with no other limit than the desire to feel better and more efficient. In water the resistance is proportional to the force, you benefit from an excellent support to produce your efforts and work efficiently without traumatizing your joints. In addition, swimming is the only sport that allows your muscles to be massaged during exercise. Did you know that if you want to increase your endurance and motor skills, 20 minutes of swimming equals 1 hour of jogging! So why deprive yourself, you work all your muscles, without stress, in the water your body is ideally supported and you also gain faster recovery after exercise.

It is a period when we eat more, move less and decide to make resolutions for the year to come. ▪️ What if you attacked 2021 by resuming sport? - “The sports halls are closed and anyway I don't necessarily want to play sports with a mask. " - "I haven't done any sport for a long time but this is the opportunity to get started!" " - "I don't like to play sports if I don't have someone to encourage me and accompany me. " - "I don't have the time and / or the skills to prepare for and carry out my workout." " - "I would like to play sports but I do not know how to go about it. " ▪️ If you find yourself in one of these sentences I can help you start 2021 in the best possible way. ▪️ Sport is beneficial and even more so nowadays. I suggest you follow you through a personalized program. ▪️ I will offer sessions on the theme: Mobility / Flexibility, Weight loss, Cardio / Endurance, Strength / Muscle building. ▪️ After an assessment and a first session intended to establish a diagnosis, I will set up a training plan that is as individual as possible in relation to the objectives defined at the time of the first session. ▪️ The result is an essential point and seeing its progress is very important. For this, I offer you intermediate objectives that will motivate you continuously.
