This class will be a one on one session with a mixture of activities involved in running, cycling and other non-contact activities such as yoga and power training. My main role would be to motivate and involve the participants in these activities to keep themselves fit. Participants will be trained in weight loss, weight constant and muscle building. I have lost 25 kilos in 5 months until March 14, but after the lockdown, it took me a while to figure out activities to keep myself fit.
