If you're interested in learning saxophone, flute, and/or music theory, improvisation, or musical composition, I'm offering private lessons. I've been working as a professional musician for over 20 years. My specialties include free improvisation and jazz but I've performed in everything ranging from symphony orchestra's to DJs at venues including the Lincoln Center in NYC, North Sea Jazz Festival and the London Jazz Festival to name just a few. I've also taught at international schools and have successfully helped students progress through the Trinity music system. I have a studio in my house so lessons are possible here or at your place. All ages and levels are welcome!

Learn to play; to decipher the scores and improvise by ear or by reading and analyzing chord charts. This course will adapt to your level of play: simple harmonies for beginners and more complex depending on the degree of mastery of the instrument. I enjoy teaching both harp and flute at my studio in Worthing and also offer lessons online. I studied at The Royal Academy of Music, London graduating with a first-class Master's degree and an LRAM music teaching qualification. Learning an instrument is a very rewarding and enjoyable experience and I teach students of all ages and abilities from complete beginner to advanced levels. Music theory will be integrated into the lessons and you will have the opportunity to take part in performances and work towards graded exams if you wish to do so or just play for fun! Each lesson will be tailored to the individual pupil’s needs, level, and style. I teach a wide variety of musical styles including Classical, Celtic, Pop, Jazz, and more!
