Trusted teacher: Guitarist, singer, poet, composer, performer ... and with 20 years of teaching experience, I am happy to share my experience and my know-how: both from a technical point of view (musical knowledge, instrumental or vocal technique ...) than from a more global point of view: expressiveness, body awareness, confidence, creativity ... What interests me above all is to guide you towards more relaxation and confidence as well as autonomy with his or her instruments, to accompany his curiosity, to develop his musical sense and give him the means to go towards the music (s) that attract him. I like to work from what touches you: welcome to those who know what pieces they dream of playing, what style they like!!... instrumental technique and music are learned all the better through what we like (starting from learning a piece to learn a rhythm, reading new notes, knowing more about a style of music, the form of music, etc.) VOICE RATING I propose : - singing lessons: whatever the repertoire targeted, become aware of your body and the vocal gesture, through vocal and body games bring more naturalness and at the same time more control with your own voice; - vocal and psycho-bodily coaching: specific training aimed at building confidence with one's own voice and expression; I also support in the preparation of concert or recording: mastery of voice and breath (!), Interpretation, pronunciation, staging; VERSATILITY and CREATIVITY! I support all projects that need a guitar AND a voice: - do you want to sing along? I teach what is missing in guitar, what is missing in vocals and I have a toolbox today full to facilitate the coordination of the two! - do you want to compose, write songs, or do you have texts but not the chords, you have the melodies but not the words? ... Do you feel stuck in some part of the process? I can help you unwind the thread of your creativity, better understand your gestures, your "dough", find new paths etc ...

I am a professional singer with more than 10 years of vocal training and performance experience. I will help you to explore and develop your own voice and give you proper knowledge of your instrument. I am in love with music since my childhood and started learning the piano and violin at the age of 7. Since singing has always been my main passion, I started taking classical singing lessons at the age of 12 and contemporary singing a few years later. After finishing my high school education, I decided to move to London to get a wider perspective, where I started writing and realising my own songs and where I got to play in many venues such as The O2 Islington, 229 Venue, the Blues Kitchen among others with my full band. I also participated in some singing contests, such as Britain Does Variety and Open Mic UK, becoming a Grand Finalist on both shows. All this allowed me to earn stage presence, experience and to improve my skills as a songwriter, performer, bandleader and music arranger. In 2016, I started my education at BIMM, where I graduated from a BETC Diploma on Popular Music Performance (Vocals) and a BMus (Hons) Degree on Popular Music Performance (Vocals). My passion for music and psychology led me to do my final degree dissertation on the link between creativity and mental health, which opened my curiosity about music and vocal therapy, A subject I have been exploring and I like to apply on my lessons. I've been teaching contemporary singing since 2016. I'm passionate about taking care of my students' vocal health. Applying mindfulness and music therapy techniques, as well as contemporary techniques such as The Speech Level Technique, Brett Manning's Singing Success Technique or The complete Vocal Technique that allows me to give them all necessary insight into healthy singing techniques and body and mind awareness. I normally emphasise good technique, interpretation skills and improvisation to give you the tools to find your own sound. In lessons, we will focus on learning and mastering the songs you are interested in and I will plan the lessons according to the needs of each student. I like encouraging students to explore different contemporary genres such as pop, rock, R&B, soul, but also different styles such as jazz, world or classical music. I also offer music theory lessons for the same price, if you are interested in improving your musicianship. I am happy to incorporate a bit of theory (or as much as you like!) in the singing lesson plan.

Trusted teacher: Express yourself, breathe, support your voice: a singing lesson has many technical and artistic facets. With a master's degree in vocal pedagogy, it seems essential to me that learning music is a pleasant, motivating and enriching learning! Whatever your age, your level, whether you want to sing opera or musical comedy, do not hesitate to contact me for a lesson. How is a singing lesson going? The first half of the course is generally dedicated to working on the body and breathing, essential for singing, and to the vocalizations necessary for good technical work (we will address the questions of voice placement, support, resonance, treble...). The second part of the course is devoted to one or more pieces. It's about applying the technical elements, but also, through working on the repertoire, developing your own musical personality and your expressiveness... and above all, having fun! Regarding the repertoire: I give lessons in lyrical singing and musical comedy. I can integrate musical training / ear training courses, especially through improvisation. My journey : Lyric singer, I have passionately given music lessons for over ten years. My taste for teaching led me to a Master's degree in Pedagogy, and I graduated in 2019 from the Haute Ecole de musique de Lausanne. Independent teacher, I share my life between my students (singing lessons, music theory, piano, group or individual lessons, internships ... with adults and children) and concerts. I specialize in baroque music, but I also really enjoy musical comedy and improvised singing. Throughout my singing studies, in addition to my training as a soloist, I sang a lot in choir, which allowed me to often perform in concert and to record several discs, one of which was awarded a tuning fork. Golden. In order to complete my musical studies, I also followed a course in music theory and piano. I also took training in Qi Gong and Pilates, two sports disciplines that are very useful for singers.

Trusted teacher: Hello! I’m Elena, I’m Italian and I’m an opera singer, currently actively performing in the contemporary field :) On top of my artistic career, which is now 20+ years old, I have 10 years of solid everyday experience in the musical teaching field, with particular regards for online teaching. My specialties are: teaching opera voice and kids’ vocality. For both of these, any level, even absolute beginner is 100% welcome! I’ve been training children and teens ever since I graduated from my position at La Scala children choir at 18 years old. I love working with kids, and it warms my heart to think of how many little faces I have already had the privilege of meeting thanks to this career. I have helped so many access to the children choirs of their respective cities, and with so many many others I have simply participated in their musical learning journey, which makes me equally proud and happy. Teaching adults is a completely different matter, of course, but it’s probably even more thrilling to me because it allows me to spend the day navigating the fascinating routes of lyrical singing technique. I know how opera studies can be confusing - to say the least; I try my best to represent a safe place for anybody who wants to explore this ancient form of art, as well as to clarify its key points and guide my students to building a correct repertoire. I give lessons for any kind of purpose: - learning music - improving musicality - preparing an audition - finding our own voice - overcoming insecurity Everybody is different, so everybody has their own path to go through; I cater my lessons to the pupil’s needs, and even if the method is always classical, I make sure that the hour of lesson is a fun moment as well as a learning experience. Music is life and life is fun! If what you have read interests you, I’m here to answer all your questions, so don’t be afraid: write me and I’ll see how I can help you! During the trial lesson, we will take the time to get to know each other better, assess levels and goals, and start to work on them already. I can’t wait to meet you!

Marloes does an excellent job of understanding the student's needs and goals. Always attentive during the lessons, she provides clear/targeted feedback on areas of improvement and actively listens to your singing. Most importantly, she creates a comfortable/safe environment to experiment with your voice. As a beginner in singing, I highly recommend anyone who wants to get started singing to take lessons with her!

Mrs. Denise has demonstrated passion, mastery and, above all, great versatility as a teacher. She has skillfully recaptured the spirit of a Medieval song with imaginative vocal intensity, while discussing in great detail the lyrical content, linguistic nuances, and the historical context of the song, as well as guiding me through the intricacies of the Occitan language with confidence and poise.

As someone who loves singing it was very helpful in the very first lesson to begin to understand the muscles I need to use and the "spaces" I need to create to stabilise and improve my sound. I also felt she responded well to each question I raised, or issue she heard in the way I did the excercises. I look forward to future lessons.
