Violin and viola learning for adult beginners and returning players or in the band SEE ENGLISH BELOW I have been teaching adult beginners and intermediates to play the violin and viola for 10 years. The focus is very different. One person would like to find relaxation in playing the violin. Another would like to be able to play a certain piece because he likes it. I have 10 years of teaching experience. I teach classical and electric violin, always tailored to the student. The lessons can also be carried out using the Suzuki method. Dear violin enthusiasts, I come from a family of musicians and I am a violin teacher full of energy and desire to pass on my knowledge and my love for music. Hello! Being a singer and a singing teacher, many many times I have found myself in the situation of having to work on ear training, or solfège, or music theory... or all the above listed! Approaching music and having no clue of these elements can totally be intimidating and off-putting, but with the right guidance and the correct practice, I’m sure you will learn in no time! I want to prove to you that building this basic knowledge can be easy, accessible, and not heavy at all. My program is not fixed: I’ll build it on your specific needs, whether they are preparing an exam, curiosity, or getting better at pitch matching... we will discuss it together. I have many books and materials, and I honestly prefer to draw blackboards by myself a lot of times. Unless you want to, I won’t ask you to buy any material, so the only cost that you will have to sustain is for the time of the class.
