Studio Policy This policy is in place to protect the student, the parent of the student, and the teacher and serves to ensure that lessons run smoothly. Lessons/Payment: Students may enroll in lessons at any time. Lessons will take place at the teacher’s studio in Vienna, Austria. Online lessons are facilitated using Skype/Facetime/Zoom. Tuition is paid monthly and is calculated by multiplying the lesson rate by 4 weeks (3 or 5 weeks for certain months). Additional lessons are allowed based on the teacher’s availability. If I am traveling for a big portion of the month, I will let you know in advance, so that the tuition for that month is multiplied by the number of weeks I will be at home. The teacher may need to cancel a lesson due to illness or a family emergency and/or reschedule due to performance engagements or planned vacations. In this case, the teacher will provide a make-up lesson within the month or apply a lesson credit towards the following month. If desired, the make-up lesson can also be taken online via Skype. If a student cancels a re-scheduled make-up lesson, the lesson will be considered forfeited. Make-up lessons are not guaranteed and are subject to availability. Violin and Viola lessons 🎻 with a professional teacher for all ages and levels (Amsterdam)

I studied the violin for about 2 months with Fermin and I have grown much in my knowledge of not just how to play but how to think when playing. Fermin has also helped a lot with technical struggles allowing me to break through some of the challenges that were bothering me for a long time. He is a very patient teacher but he will not hesitate to stop you and correct you (as any good teacher would) if you are not playing correctly. I personally requested that he gives me honest feedback which really helped me play better tecnically and musically. I believe he will be open to adapting his strictness upon specific requests. The time difference (Fermin being in Spain and I being in the US) has not been easy but Fermin was very willing to bend his schedule and provided several time slots to accommodate my availability. To sum up, if you are looking for a teacher that is patient in character yet unrelenting toward the goal of fully tapping your potential both musically and tecnically, I would recommend you take a lesson with Fermin.

This guy is the real deal. I just completed my fifth lesson and I already know how to play most of the Judas Priest's Breaking the law. Giuseppe pays a lot of attention on your technique and tries to make sure that you don't pick up any bad habits that you would later have to unlearn. Each lesson has included exercises that improve your technique and practicing songs as well. He tells you what to practice for the next time. He is patient and explains things very clearly. Highly recommended.
