Hallo, ik ben Tuur – drummer en componist met een grote passie. Met mijn achtergrond in diverse bands en als sessiemuzikant in binnen- en buitenland in verschillende stijlen van jazz tot fusion, Latijns-Amerikaanse muziek, Afrikaanse muziek etc..., breng ik een schat aan ervaring naar elke les. Naast mijn sessie-werk maak ik mijn eigen muziek met het Tuur Quintet. Na mijn studies aan het conservatorium van Rotterdam heb ik tot 2020 in Nederland gewoond, maar nu ben ik terug in België en geef ik naast mijn drummer activiteiten privé drumlessen in mijn atelier te Mechelen. Of je nu een beginner bent die de basis wil leren of een ervaren drummer die op zoek is naar nieuwe inspiratie, ik heb de juiste lessen voor jou! Après 9 années d'apprentissage du piano, je souhaiterai mettre à profit ces années de travail intense pour de nouveaux élèves pianistes. Je suis actuellement élève au conservatoire de Rennes en Cycle à Orientation Professionnelle, je suis donc dans les dernières années d'études dans cette institution. ? Enseigner le piano nécessite de s'ouvrir à tous styles jazz, classique, pop, moderne, musique de film...) et c'est pourquoi je propose cet enseignement varié ou du moins, adapté aux besoins de l'élève.

Hello all, I am Rotem (24), I am a guitarist and a composer, and currently pursuing my master's in music composition and theory in ZHdK. I graduated with honors studying jazz performance with classical composition as a side subject from New England Conservatory (Boston). I have been performing, touring and teaching around the world: New York, Washington DC, Slovakia, Czech Republic, Austria, Italy, Switzerland, Poland, and more! I have grown up with educaiton both in jazz and classical practices, and therefore am very versatile and fluent with both worlds which i believe creates a unique and interesting perspective for approaching music. In our lessons, we could focus on anything you'd like to: guitar, music theory, composition, ear training, electronic music, improvisation (jazz and free improvisation), rhythm, and many more. If you're currently preparing for auditions, exams, or just feel like picking up an instrument or learn about music, feel more than welcome to get in touch! I have tutored German, French, Spanish and English and have always found it incredibly rewarding. It is such a joy to see people learn a new language, have fun with it and excel at it! Even though I do not teach languages as a day to day job (I am a Data Scientist / Machine Learning Engineer focusing on Natural Language Processing), I have plenty of experience in language tutoring. I tutored students one-to-one, in a small group (up to 3 people) and in large groups (whole classroom and nursery groups). I have experience working with children too - plenty of work experience and volunteering as well as being an older sister two two siblings. As a language learner myself, I am familiar with the journey of learning a new language and keeping it up. I grew up bilingual with German and Russian in Germany and have learned English, French and Spanish in secondary school. Whilst at uni, I learned Italian and Mandarin Chinese and spent a year in China after my BA. Living in Wales, I also started learning Welsh but am still very much a beginner! I am passionate about making language learning fun and engaging. Understanding and speaking another language opens up so many opportunities: get to know another culture, make friends, have adventures, and work and live in a different country. My husband, who is from Wales, is learning German (he is really good by now actually!), so I get to practice teaching German on a daily basis :) I would love to share my culture with you and help you become a confident and competent speaker of the German language!

I am a professional dancer with a disability. When I became a mobility aid user I had to make alot of my own acts and training routines. Even when I got jobs with mainstream company's they didn't know how to adapt choreography to me and I would have to do this myself. I work with a lot of disabled people and I am very skilled in creating dance classes/ routines or a training regiment for the dancer then to practice on there own. I am trained in many different area of dance and work with Professionals/ aspring professionals, student dancers, hobbyists and those who are using dance to achieve a different goal. Examples of other goals include: weight loss, improving fitness, improving coordination, expressing themselves, improving confidence and others.
