The Breath, it's the basis of everything we do, the source of life and the start of singing. I believe in a genre neutral method of breathing as a base of speaking and singing. No jazz, pop, musical or classical 'technique' but a natural method which taps into the natural strength of the body, which results in a huge window of opportunities. One can sing however, whichever and whenever one wants, unbound by genre defining methods and techniques. Hey, My name is Kyle and in addition to my full-time job, I like to give private lessons for both guitar and beatbox depending on interest. I've been doing both for over 10 years. Learned both self-taught and through lessons. I have put together a course for this, so you will also receive copies of each lesson to continue practicing at home. It is not immediately necessary that you already have a guitar to give the guitar lessons (I use my own guitar), but you will need it to practice independently during the week after the lesson. My lessons are tailored to each student’s age, experience, and goals. Children (7–12 years old) For younger students, lessons focus on building confidence while making learning fun. We begin with simple vocal warm-ups and ear training to develop pitch and intonation, then move on to singing their favourite songs, encouraging good vocal habits in an enjoyable way. Teenagers (12-17 years old) With teenage students, we start with more structured vocal warm-ups and exercises. As we discover their natural voice, we work on developing a comfortable vocal range, improving technique, and applying these skills through songs that suit their voice and interests. Adults and seniors (18+) For adult students, lessons are usually divided into two parts. We begin with vocal technique, focusing on breathing, diaphragm support, scales, arpeggios, and intonation. We then apply these techniques through singing, helping you develop confidence, control, and healthy vocal habits. I will give you repertoire to study or we will study the pieces you have to prepare. The final goal will be to sing on a musical accompaniment. Every student learns at a different pace. I am an Italian soprano, graduated from the Dutch National Opera Academy. I work as a soloist as a freelance singer, and I teach singing to students of different levels and ages for many years. The most important thing during my lessons is to help the student find a healthy and comfortable way of singing!
