Emotional Support & Self-Reflection Sessions: HealingTranslate this text using Google Translate.

Emotional Support & Self-Reflection Sessions: HealingTranslate this text using Google Translate.

Life can sometimes feel overwhelming, and having someone who truly listens can help bring clarity and comfort. I offer supportive one-on-one conversations where you can express your thoughts, explore your feelings, and organize what is happening inside your mind in a calm and respectful environment. Having personally experienced difficult life challenges, I understand how important it can be to feel seen, heard, and understood. My approach is based on empathy, patience, active listening, and helping you reflect on your emotions and experiences. During our sessions, we can focus on: Understanding and naming emotions Organizing thoughts when everything feels confusing Reflecting on personal experiences and challenges Building self-awareness and confidence Exploring healthy ways to cope with stress and difficult feelings Having a supportive conversation without judgment Sessions can take place in a peaceful outdoor setting such as a park, where nature can create a more relaxed atmosphere, or at a location that is comfortable and suitable for you. Please note: I am not a licensed therapist or mental health professional. These sessions are for emotional support, reflection, and personal growth, and they are not a replacement for professional mental health treatment. My goal is to provide a compassionate space where you can slow down, share openly, and feel supported while gaining a clearer understanding of yourself.

Life Coach for 'newcomers' in The Netherlands (e.g. students, expats)Translate this text using Google Translate.

Life Coach for 'newcomers' in The Netherlands (e.g. students, expats)Translate this text using Google Translate.

Hi! My name is Vivianne. I have been living in Amsterdam for two years now and I do love this city! I'm originally Dutch and I have lived in several countries (different places in The Netherlands, Hong Kong, Peru). That feeling of entering a new city is amazing; all those new people, places and beautiful spots but it can also make you a bit insecure about your decisions. Did you choose the right studies or job? You moved for love but what's next? What about new friends? You're not alone, many people around you experience the same. Next to my own experiences, I work as Dutch teacher (Dutch as a second language) and therefore know how 'newcomers' experience their new life. I want to help people feeling happier and content with their decisions. I have a background in (international) marketing, languages and intercultural communication and due to this combination I have a depth intercultural understanding. So, if you want to talk about... - Your life in The Netherlands (e.g. studies, job) - Your decisions (e.g. feelings, emotions regarding any subject) - Your future plans (e.g. staying in The Netherlands, moving) And want to feel... - More confident in your studies / job - Happier in your personal and social life - More integrated in the Dutch culture Without feeling a patient in need of an expensive psychologist/psychiatrist, feel free to contact me. We can have a short intake so you can tell me something about yourself and make a plan for further meetings. If you're interested in Dutch lessons as well we could, of course, customize the sessions.

This is an 8-session program aimed at the school ‘transition’ years of ages 12-19. The group sessions are facilitated following a broader Personal, Health, Social, and Economic Education (PSHE) curriculum focusing on gathering teens' needs, making them objects of reflection while leveraging neuroscience information and a playful approach. The program can also well serve as a taster for teachers/parents in separate sessions or workshops. In particular, Teen's Time explores issues around: - Working with concentration and focus; exploring how we can work with a wandering mind. - Identifying emotions, how they work, and interact with thoughts and body sensations. - Why humans worry, and how to support ourselves when we do so. - Sleep: why it is important and what to do if we struggle to sleep well. - Being with others: the opportunities and challenges of working skillfully with friendships and other relationships, Each session includes: - Learning about key areas of the brain and how they support us in our everyday activities - Some introductory breathing practices - Reflections - Animations, short video - Discussions - Role play's and enactment's - Exercises they can try in their own time Teen's Time is inspired and informed by the several children-oriented programs of the Mindfulness in School Program (MisP) organization. The feedback from children who have previously taken part in these programs is very positive. They report enjoying the group sessions and especially sharing their emotions with the other participants. They find learning and neuroscience helping them in a broad range of situations from being able to concentrate and focus more easily in school to helping them feel calmer in exams and competitions. Many have described sharing the learning with other family members and finding it helps them with their relationships with family and friends. Teen's Time Starts: on Monday, February 28 - Introductory session - Time: from 16:00 to 17:00 hr

Treat children or young people lightly or intensively, self-confidence & awarenessTranslate this text using Google Translate.

Treat children or young people lightly or intensively, self-confidence & awarenessTranslate this text using Google Translate.

Good day, During the lesson I want to focus on the child or young people. Children or young people who are gloomy. Who take the wrong path or don't feel like going to school. I will help children and young people with whom the parents no longer have any advice. I do this by having conversations with the child but also with the parents. I will make a plan based on what the circumstances are. From that you will see how much time I need. But you can also schedule me for individual hours of course. What I want to work on is the awareness of the child. Who is the child, what is school, what is friends, what are limits, what do our parents mean, what will come and what will go. What will benefit and what will not, etc. I first want an introductory meeting with the parents so that the parents first get to know me and I them. Who I am and what I can do. I have a background in healthcare and welfare, but there I learned a fraction of what I can apply to the young people who need help. Everything I apply comes from my own experience and experiences of people in my environment. Furthermore, words are not enough, but there is a very good chance that I can do something for your child. I did not learn it from a book, I will be very honest about it right away. But there is someone who has studied from books for years. The knowledge that I have about human psychology can not only be read through but lived. I come from Denhaag and I am 26 years old.

It is with the utmost admiration and gratitude that I extend my effulgent endorsement for David, the epitome of mathematical tutorship. His fervor for the subject and his pupils is steadfast, and David’s commitment to ensuring proficiency and comprehension is manifest in every tutorial session. His availability is most pliable, as he exhibits a constant readiness to alter his docket to accede to the necessities of his students. This adaptability is rare and precious quality, one that has played a seminal role in my time near the finals. Not only do he demonstrate devotion during his scheduled lessons time, for he is always approachable for additional guidance and support outside his hours. David’s unwavering dedication to the academic success of his students is truly remarkable and deeply appreciated by those who benefit from it. What distinguishes David is not solely his mastery in mathematics, but his amiable and cordial demeanour. He cultivates a genial and hospitable environment; and his pedagogy a harmonious blend of professionalism and conviviality. I consider myself fortunate to have availed myself of David’s instruction, and I cannot recommend him highly enough. In conclusion, if you seek a mathematics tutor, David Devidze should be your first port of call. His passion for the subject, commitment to his students, and affable personality makes him the ideal tutor for anyone seeking to enhance their mathematical understanding and aptitude. A true gem in the world of tutelage
