When a pupil approaches education with the preconceived notion that they are not bright enough then this makes academic success neigh on impossible. Therefore, I make it my first aim to instil confidence in all students. After this, great academic strides can be made. It is insufficient to just teach students the ideas and concepts they are dealing with at any given time. My instruction goes beyond this by including study skills such as note-taking, memory improvement techniques, speed-reading, and effective revision into its program. These skills will stay with pupils and enlighten their entire academic tenure. Finally, my role is also about offering guidance to students in terms of their current issues, academic future and potential career paths. My educational system is a result of years of lessons I myself learned progressing through the academic arena all the way to university level. In addition, it encompasses all the research I have conducted in self-improvement, effective study skills and successful leadership. These methods have been tested and proven successful.
