PIANO LESSONS. Highly experienced teacher: certified piano teacher, musicologist, studied composition and general health psychologist.Translate this text using Google Translate.

QUALIFIED PIANO TEACHER. Higher degree in music specializing in Musicology, advanced studies in Composition, degree in Psychology and master's degree in general health psychology. I've always been interested in the field of study methodology, focusing on effectiveness: just as there must be progress in the student's abilities, there must also be progress in the learning method. Furthermore, given my experience, and as a psychologist, I know that every student's most important tool is their mind: I try to help them develop new perspectives, encourage visualization and imagination... all of this is very helpful. I propose that you learn piano in a FAST, EFFECTIVE, and ENJOYABLE way. This, among other objectives, will help you: -Superfluous and redundant elements will be eliminated from the learning process. -We will be more positive and foster confidence in our own abilities. -We will only use repetition as a study method when absolutely necessary. It often leads to psychological strain. -We will encourage curiosity, so that studying the piano is associated with something enjoyable. -We will reflect on our pianistic interpretation, on the one we want to have and on the best way to achieve it. -We will reflect on the fingering to be used (it conditions the comfort of the performer at all times). -We will encourage imagination and musical introspection (and its great potential when it comes to learning). -We will promote relaxation.

Piano lessons for all levels: learn your favorite songs, perfect your technique, or prepare for entrance exams!Translate this text using Google Translate.

Do you want to learn your favorite song but can't read sheet music or can't get that difficult part right? Do you want to take the entrance exams for the Conservatory but don't know where to start? You've come to the right place! In these classes, we'll blend theory and practice to offer comprehensive learning at a pace perfectly tailored to the student. While my classes have a theoretical focus, covering posture, attack, rhythm, harmony, and more, they also have a strong practical component. In these practical sessions, we physically work on the technical challenges presented by each piece, using supplementary materials such as Czerny or Hanon studies if needed, always striving for an interactive and enjoyable learning experience. As a current student, I am in close contact with the requirements for preparing for any entrance exam and have previous experience in preparing students for such exams (professional, higher, music school...); I am also in contact with the new emerging pedagogical methodologies based on play. Therefore, I believe that my classes can be useful for starting from scratch and for students up to the 6th year of Professional Studies, either with a more defined focus (such as, for example, to prepare for entrance exams to a higher conservatory) or simply as an expansion of basic musical knowledge with a more recreational purpose.

EN below IT The most important thing for me is listening to music. If you are studying music as a hobby or in preparation for your professional career, we will help you achieve the greatest efficiency and get the most out of it by making our job easier. It is clear that learning music requires discipline and work, but can be interesting and expandable. The flexibility lies in the main features of my classes: My goal for my graduates is that they need a digital method that they have to adapt to their personal attitude and style. The offer of classes for individuals and private groups of all students and the duration of the course are also flexible and depend on the training of the student (most of the little ones that Suelen was able to aprovechar in the last media lessons). Classes can be in Spanish, English, Dutch or Greek. Language and music theory are presented in all classes, but in an organic form and with a lot of immersion in practice. ¡No people interested in contacting the site! :) :) EN The most important thing for me is having fun learning music. Whether you're studying music as a hobby or preparing for your professional career, we focus on being as efficient as possible, learning as much as possible, and having a good time while doing it. Of course, learning music requires discipline and hard work, but it can be done in an interesting and satisfying way. Flexibility is my main characteristic: my goal is to give you what you need through a dynamic method that adapts to your personality and your specific learning style. I offer both individual lessons and group lessons for people of all ages. The duration of the lessons is flexible and there is also the possibility of combining the lesson content between cello, piano and music theory. We can speak in English, Dutch, Greek or Spanish. Music theory will be present in a natural and organic way in all lessons. Contact me if you are interested! :)

Jazz Piano Teacher and Composer based in Barcelona: Expert Lessons Available Online.Translate this text using Google Translate.

Jazz Piano Teacher and Composer based in Barcelona: Expert Lessons Available Online.Translate this text using Google Translate.

Piano lessons in Jazz, Classical, or Modern styles; depending on the student's interest, we can mix a bit of everything or delve deep into one style. Main focus applied to overcome the problem of piano: mastering two-handed rhythm. To achieve this, I teach left-hand grooves and foundations while working on improvisation, harmony, melodies, accompaniments, and everything there is to play with the right hand. I introduce piano techniques such as walking bass, tenths, stride, drop 2, and more. From my experience, rhythm, "Groove", and the connection with the music in the moment it is being played are the most challenging aspects to learn and integrate. Thus, I give significant emphasis to these topics in my sessions, especially those aimed at playing polyrhythmic instruments such as the piano. I cover compositional tools, approaching Jazz Standards, accompaniment techniques, improvisation methods for any instrument, Blues tools, methods to strengthen the relationship with the instrument, analysis, and listening skills. I also teach classical piano for those interested, and offer specific training in rhythm and percussion. I am fully committed to my students. With over 12 years of experience in music education, both in individual and group settings, I have a good rapport with boys and girls. Feel free to reach out, my friend! Long live music.

What will we learn? My classes are designed for students of all levels: from those who want to seriously delve into their instrument, studying technique, harmony, theory, and reading at a professional level, to those who simply want to improve their knowledge of the instrument they play in their free time. I pay special attention to beginners, regardless of age, ensuring proper finger placement on the instrument, whether it's electric, acoustic, or classical guitar. And... online learning? Yes, it's possible! All you need is a good internet connection and a webcam with a decent microphone (I can help you choose one if you need it). Throughout the classes, I'll share materials and exercises via email, and you can record your practice sessions and send me the videos so I can review them before the class. The pandemic has forced us to find efficient solutions to keep going, and luckily, online music instruction works. And... if you'd like to learn more about the program and how we can adapt it to your needs, just write to me and we can discuss it. I believe that classes should be adapted to the students' interests, level, and time availability, so that they are enjoyable, stress-free, and progressive. Throughout my 25 years of teaching, I have successfully developed what I consider a program of "essential" knowledge for a serious, contemporary musician. My students say about me... Bxxxxxxxx Matteo is a highly qualified teacher who adapts perfectly to the student's style and level. The classes are varied and enjoyable, with a very friendly and trustworthy approach. Good teacher, good person. I recommend him 100%. Pxxxxxxxx He is the teacher I have been looking for for years. He quickly understood what I wanted to learn, and his teaching methods go far beyond what I expected. I sincerely hope that nothing will prevent me from continuing to receive his lessons for a long time, because his contributions are invaluable. Sxxxxxxxx I really like learning with Matteo. He always explains things in a way I can understand, chooses pieces to work on that are both enjoyable and focus on where I need to practice, and takes the time to answer all my questions completely. I'd recommend him to other students. Matteo is an excellent teacher; he prepares his classes very well, is patient, and explains both theory and technique very well. He also has a wealth of resources, publications, and sheet music. In addition, he is a composer and knows a lot about music history. I recommend him to anyone who wants to learn or improve their guitar technique; he is very professional. Mxxxxxx A great teacher with training in many styles, his classes are enjoyable but packed with high-quality content. He is able to adapt to any student's needs and is one of the most complete professionals in Valencia. Totally recommended; you'll even improve your playing posture. 10/10. Cxxxxx Matteo is a great guitar teacher. He's always very prepared for our lessons and is a very experienced guitar teacher and player. The classes are very enjoyable, and I'd highly recommend them. Mxxxxx Fantastic, enjoyable, easy, and varied classes. Matteo pays attention to detail and the student's interests from the very first minute. It's a pleasure to have him as a teacher. Matteo has tremendous knowledge of the guitar and music in general. Not even his modesty can hide it. I observe a great commitment to teaching in him, which is noticeable from the first contact. Matteo is patient and pleasant to work with, and at the same time tenacious when it comes to helping you improve your guitar playing.

Singing, Piano and/or Solfège lessons (at your home or online)Translate this text using Google Translate.

Singing, Piano and/or Solfège lessons (at your home or online)Translate this text using Google Translate.

CLASSES IN SPANISH, CATALAN, FRANÇAIS, DEUTSCH, ENGLISH I teach singing, piano, music awareness/introduction and solfège. I live in Madrid and I'm a student pursuing a higher degree in singing (jazz and contemporary music). I dedicate a good part of my time to teaching (music and language) through private online or in-person lessons. I started giving private lessons to children at their homes when I lived in Germany. During the 2022-2023 academic year, I taught piano to students of all ages at the RedMusik Music School (Igualada, Catalonia). I studied piano and other instruments for over 15 years at the UGDA and the Luxembourg City Conservatory. After many years of solfège and piano, I obtained the Conservatory's "Première Mention" certificate with the highest possible grade, "Très Bien". A good music lesson should include not only technique and reading sheet music, but also theoretical and harmonic study, improvisation, recreational playing with the instrument, and ear training and rhythm exercises. I am interested in designing the lesson creatively and adapting it to the needs and desires of the student. I hope I can encourage you to move forward with your musical learning, and if that's the case, don't hesitate to write to me with any questions you may have :) See you soon! Aurélie

“ Sanja is fantastic! Her attitude towards how she teaches is refreshing as she let's her students, and actively encourages, making a song their own. I organised this for my fiancée as a surprise birthday present and she absolutely loved the experience! She is a very visual learner so the worksheets that Sanja had prepared were perfect, despite being aimed at kids, they worked wonders for her! I was allowed to sit close by too so I could enjoy the whole experience which was lovely. Thank you so much!! And we have already organised the next lesson. ”

“ Francesco is a very skilled and cool teacher. He takes your from your current level and plans out a personalised program for you to improve. His way of using analogies to explain complex terms and make you understand difficult theoretical concepts in a much simpler way is truly impressive. After two months of lessons with Francesco i definitely feel my level of playing has improved a lot. 5/5 would recommend to anyone who wants to take their playing to the next level. ”

“ I have taken my first lesson with Lynette and it was a great experience. I have been singing for some time at a choir, but have no formal training and want to learn the fundamental technique, and also work on some of the pieces we sing at the choir. The lesson was very practical, dynamic and she pays great attention to detail. After the class I could feel the improvement on the areas we have covered and felt much more confident on my skills. Highly recommended! ”
