A vibrant and professional music class awaits you!Translate this text using Google Translate.

Master’s degree in Piano Performance, Estonian Academy of Music and Theatre. • Six years of teaching experience. • Students range in age from 4 to 45. • Courses taught: Piano lessons, Music Theory, ABRSM exam preparation. Teaching Philosophy My teaching begins with the Faber Piano Adventures as the core method for beginners, combined with elements of Orff Schulwerk to create a systematic curriculum tailored to children. I believe in perception before cognition, sound before symbol, and music as a natural part of daily life. Whether it’s a sunny or rainy day, I hope every child grows up surrounded by love, with music as their warm companion. I am committed to exploring teaching methods that are better suited to each student, passionate about researching more scientific approaches, and dedicated to fostering students’ self-motivation and genuine interest. For me, there is no strict line between “professional” and “amateur” learners—what matters is professional instruction and efficient learning within the time available, so that both students and parents feel rewarded by the process. Ultimately, I guide students not only to play the notes on the page but to make real music—and to fall in love with it. I am looking to connect with parents who share these values and educational ideals.

Piano and Music lessons for begginners, amateurs and advancedTranslate this text using Google Translate.

Piano and Music lessons for begginners, amateurs and advancedTranslate this text using Google Translate.

My name is Jordi L. Jové, classical pianist and I offer piano lessons for beginners, intermediate and advanced students, in English or Spanish. I believe that anyone can learn music and piano in different stages of life with different goals and that this requires a commited, passionate, adaptable and akwnoledged teacher. In my years of education, since I began playing the piano, and later followed the professional path; I’ve seen and encountered uncountable situations being both student and teacher that made me highly value the teacher’s role and aimed to incorporate it in my career development. My previous experiences in the field include regular private teaching, individual and in music academies during two-three years in Barcelona to students either kids, teenagers or adults (presential and online). I have also prepared music entrance examinations to public schools and conservatòries in Catalonia, covering piano lessons and music theory lessons. The added values that I can bring are experience in reinforcement teaching in high school subjects, coaching solo musicians when accompanying them and accompanying and leading choirs. I have the skills of good communication, commitement, patience and adaptability which I think they make me a good candidate for the job. Moreover I can communicate in German and French too, in case needed. Usually, I am refered as a passionate hard-working, curious and dedicated musician, which makes me suitable and versatile in many different situations. Looking very forward to hearing from you,

🎼 Music theory & music theory clearly explained, with examples on the pianoTranslate this text using Google Translate.

Do you have trouble reading music? Do you love listening to music, but don't understand time signatures, keys or chords? Music theory often sounds abstract, but with the right explanation and concrete examples it suddenly becomes a lot more logical, and even fun :) For whom? - Beginner or advanced musicians who want to better understand what they are doing. - Students preparing for music theory exams (e.g. music school, entrance exams). - Independent artists/producers who want to deepen their musical knowledge. - Anyone who is curious about the language behind music. What can you expect? - Clear explanation, at your own pace. - Theory made immediately applicable with examples on the piano. - Extra attention to insight instead of learning dry rules by heart. - Tutoring fully tailored to your level and goal (classical, pop, songwriting, production, ...). About me I obtained a Grade 8 diploma in Music Theory and also a Grade 8 Piano from the Royal Schools of Music. In addition, I hold a diploma in Audio Engineering from Hofa College. I am active as a music artist and producer myself. Thanks to this combination of classical training and practical experience, I know how important it is to make theory understandable, concrete, and musical. I use my own piano during lessons to clarify everything visually and audibly. Possible topics: - Learn to read music. - Scales, chords & harmony. - Form and analysis (classical, jazz or pop). - Rhythm, time signatures & tempo. - Music theory for producers/songwriters. - Songwriting. - Preparation for exams or entrance tests. Practical - 1-on-1 lessons, online or live (if you don't live too far away). - I provide materials, or we work with what you need. - No prior knowledge required. Lessons adapted to your level. 🎶 Feel free to send me a message with your questions or goals. We'll see how I can best help you.

Online Piano Lessons in English | Concert Pianist | Structured Training for Serious StudentsTranslate this text using Google Translate.

You can spend years learning one new piece after another and still remain at roughly the same level: reading note by note, struggling to see the connections within the music, and feeling helpless without a teacher. The repertoire changes, while the quality of playing, musical thinking and independence change very little. I do not believe this should be the normal outcome of piano lessons. The most valuable part of playing the piano is the feeling of genuinely owning the music: being able to enter its world, experience it fully and bring your own musical hearing to life at the instrument. My role as a teacher is to make the path from the score to that state as direct and natural as possible. I teach music as a system and a language. Students learn to see the musical logic behind the notation: to understand harmony and form, follow the direction of a phrase, recognise style and character, and gradually become more fluent and independent musicians. My teaching is rooted in the Russian academic piano tradition, but the repertoire can be classical, modern, film, anime or jazz-oriented. What matters is that the work remains serious, attentive and musically meaningful. I work with motivated teenagers and adults, from beginners to advanced players. With beginners, I aim to make score reading fluent and natural as early as possible while developing an understanding of how music works from the inside. If a student already plays but feels stuck, I identify what is actually limiting further progress. Difficulties that seem separate are often connected, and I work with the underlying cause rather than treating each symptom in isolation. After a long break, I help bring existing knowledge and skills back into active use, identify the genuine gaps and organise what remains into a working system from which the student can move forward. With advanced students, the work can include mental practice and principles from Stanislavski’s system. I am a concert pianist and piano educator with 23 years of teaching experience, from private work with students of different levels to university-level teaching at the Gnessin Russian Academy of Music. I graduated with honours from the Gnessin Russian Academy of Music and later completed postgraduate studies there. For more than twenty years I performed in Russia and internationally across Europe, Asia and South America. I received first prizes at the Salieri–Zinetti International Chamber Music Competition in Italy in 2010 and the Max Reger Chamber Music Competition in Germany in 2011, and recorded two albums for the Melodiya label. Lessons are fully online and taught in English.

“ Sonia is an excellent piano teacher. I’ve been taking lessons with her for a month now and can’t emphasise how much I recommend taking her as a teacher. She makes learning piano so interesting, easy and fun that as soon as I finish a lesson I am already looking forward to the next one. I’ve also improved way more than expected at this point, not only piano but also the theoretical part of music. I couldn’t be happier. ”

“ Amazing pedagogy. Patient instruction. Excellent English. A classically trained pianist passionate about sharing his love of music. If you are looking for a professional piano teacher in Athens, do not hesitate to reach out to Enrico. He will work with you at your level, whether you are a beginner or an expert. He should honestly be charging twice as much. ”

“ Eladio is attentive to details and patient with all simplest questions. I'm sure it is easy to create a strong foundation in music with his guidance ”
