Starting with gymnastics and dance since my early age, it always kept being a really important part of my life.
It made me going into a world of performing acrobatics, teaching gymnastics/ yoga to children and adults (private and group classes).
To my classes I find it very important to get people into their bodies in a way that it increases your own body awareness. Im able to teach various techniques but more focus will be on listening and being fair, understanding to your bodies needs. As I moved through a world of acrobatics, dance, yoga,.. I will use a blend of them depending on whats best at that moment.

I'm specialized in Vinyasa Flow Yoga. My classes are dynamic, energetic and focus on connecting the body and mind through breath. My goal is to guide the students to live in harmony with their minds and bodies.
I also teach the 5 tibetans in a way, that you will quickly be able to integrate in your daily morning ritual on your own.
I teach for students of all levels. Beginners are welcome! The focus is on correct alignment and I recommend private classes for all beginners, before you you pick up "bad habits".

Yoga is an often misunderstood and misapplied practice. Its universe is vast and I do not claim to comprehend it fully. Personally it is a practice for me to calm myself down and reward my body when agonised. The class will be structured around the student. Flexibility and strength are not requirements but benefits of a regular, dedicated, and committed practice. Depending on the student and the day the class may focus on holding poses, or sequencing them. This class will be useful to both myself and the student to learn more about our anatomy, as well as our nature. Yoga has been a part of my life since its beginning. I was born in India and studied in an Indian school where it was a regular practice for students.
I look forward to a strong personal connection with my student where we take it easy or go crazy as the day calls. I like to explain things to people in a language they and their body understand. Yoga is not something that can be scheduled for 2 hours and forgotten about for the rest of the 22 hours. Eventually I foresee long term changes in the student's lifestyle. For example, what you eat during the day will affect greatly your practice in the night.
All in all, my class will take an organic and personal system.

My classes will introduce you to the beauty of flowing sequences and how to connect you breath with your movements. I will focus on energizing your body through core strenghth and dynamic flows or more grounding standing series. Explore your body through movement in a light and playful way and improve your flexibility while learning how to use your breath in a healing way.

What I like about teaching:
I'm interested in encouraging people to use their breath in an empowering and healing way. Further to that I like the combination of flowing movements and the cultivation of groundedness both with deep Ujjayi Breath. Through hands-on assists I like to support my
students to get a deeper sensation of the pose and experience the borders of their bodies. In my classes I like to hold space for my students to experiment, discover their strength and to overcome fears.

I give all age yoga classes to your home, so no need to move. The only thing you need is a yoga mat!
The first session will be an acquaintance, see what your expectations are and what type of yoga would be best for you. There are different types of yoga, the ones I propose are hatha yoga, vinyasa, yin yoga and children's yoga.
I really like to include other aspects of yoga in my classes such as meditation and pranayama (breathing).

I am also a qualified life coach. I have experience in helping clients to deal with grief, burn of bore-out, to gain confidence back to the workforce and anyone who is going through change and transition in life.
As a Mindful Living coach, I help clients to find the mind-body connection. I believe there is a space where our head meets the heart where our spirit or the God within us lives. I am here to help you to embrace who you are, your authentic and the whole self that is including all parts of you - mind, body, heart and the spirit.

I teach a mixture of hatha and vyniasa and offer 15 minutes meditation too. My classes are 75 minutes in total, but can also adjust based on your needs.
In my classes, I'll help you develop your practice, strengthen your body and connect with your breath and body so you can enjoy a holistic practice and reconnect with yourself.
Classes can be taught in French or English and are open to all levels. I am open to any arrangements as I work for myself from home and have a very flexible schedule :)
