My classes are dedicated to anyone wishing to discover or progress in dance. My goal is to make you progress, to make you discover your potential, whatever your level. Formed between Nice, Paris, New York and Los Angeles, I offer courses in Street jazz, courses on heels (focused on femininity), relaxation classes and oriental classes. I currently teach at the Espace Temps Danse and at the Royal Ballet School in Brussels. Do not hesitate if you have any questions.

LauraYoga - Vinyasa Flow and Forrest Yoga, breath work, body awareness
My classes will introduce you to the beauty of flowing sequences and how to connect you breath with your movements. I will focus on energizing your body through core strenghth and dynamic flows or more grounding standing series. Explore your body through movement in a light and playful way and improve your flexibility while learning how to use your breath in a healing way.
I'm offering private yoga sessions suitable for one person or small groups.

What I like about teaching:
I'm interested in encouraging people to use their breath in an empowering and healing way. Further to that I like the combination of flowing movements and the cultivation of groundedness both with deep Ujjayi Breath. Through hands-on assists I like to support my
students to get a deeper sensation of the pose and experience the borders of their bodies. In my classes I like to hold space for my students to experiment, discover their strength and to overcome fears.

DanielaSalsa Class with Prof and Colombian Coach learn and practice!
I am Daniela, Colombian, psychologist, coach and dance teacher for over 8 years. I have experience teaching salsa, hip hop, jazz, classical dance and I also do choreography for weddings. Before I gave salsa lessons in Barcelona, and now I'm in Brussels to continue spreading the joy of salsa.
I teach either an hour or an hour and a half, and you can choose if you want to do several hours a week. Also you can choose to do the lessons alone or in pairs.
The course begins with a warm up of the body to activate the muscles and go into salsa mode, then, depending on the level, exercises to understand and learn rhythm, basic movements or steps or more complex tricks and we end up with a free practice to strengthen also the ability to improvise, because finally salsa is that ... It's a dynamic course, which interview and that will allow you to work coordination, pace and have a good time.
I can give classes in French, English or Spanish.

I took inspiration from the anatomy lessons of my teachers in India and Canada to create fluid, tonic and complementary Asanas, my aim being to guide a progressive, captivating and controlled practice. My teaching is accompanied by theoretical references to assist the student in understanding the relationship between body and mind.
My classes are also fun and with a touch of humor because yoga is also wanting to do good and keep smiling!
We can choose together themes according to your abilities, need and desire so that I can guide you in the practice that is best for you.

My classes are energetic, rejuvenating, and serene, but they are ultimately focused on connecting your mind with your body through an awareness of your breathing and the strength in your own body.

My teaching is mainly based on Ashtanga Vinyasa and the intensity will be adjusted to each student. The 75min yoga class can be followed by complimentary cupping therapy.

I am offering contemporary dance classes including a very conscious warm-up and stretching session after the class.
Depending on your level I adjust the class for your personal needs and interests. I am also offering average body condition and figure development classes.
During the last 15 years of constant studying beside my main focus the contemporary dance I had the possibility to learn other dance styles as Bulgarian folk dance, jazz ballet, classical ballet and related arts like yoga, capoeira, pantomime, theater and juggling. I would like to share some of this knowledge as well, if interested.
JanaPrivate Pilates classes for curious and motivated people
I am a Pilates Mat teacher certified by the legendary Linda Farrell from Broadway Dance Center in NYC, currently also enrolled in a world-famous BASI Comprehensive training for Pilates Apparatus. I am also a dancer and a train in Dance Movement Therapy - I try to implement all the knowledge about the body and the movement in my Pilates practice.
I am offering Pilates classes for any levels and any public - great for sedetary individuals as well as for active people that need to cross train.
My classes are focused on correcting muscle imbalances, strengthening of the whole body and work with breath to relax muscle tensions.
The work is deep and meticulous, for people interested more in understanding and feel their body rather than just workout. As only if we understand and feel ourselves, we can attain a long-lasting change.

I give all age yoga classes to your home, so no need to move. The only thing you need is a yoga mat!
The first session will be an acquaintance, see what your expectations are and what type of yoga would be best for you. There are different types of yoga, the ones I propose are hatha yoga, vinyasa, yin yoga and children's yoga.
I really like to include other aspects of yoga in my classes such as meditation and pranayama (breathing).

I'm specialized in Vinyasa Flow Yoga. My classes are dynamic, energetic and focus on connecting the body and mind through breath. My goal is to guide the students to live in harmony with their minds and bodies.
I also teach the 5 tibetans in a way, that you will quickly be able to integrate in your daily morning ritual on your own.
I teach for students of all levels. Beginners are welcome! The focus is on correct alignment and I recommend private classes for all beginners, before you you pick up "bad habits".
