I took inspiration from the anatomy lessons of my teachers in India and Canada to create fluid, tonic and complementary Asanas, my aim being to guide a progressive, captivating and controlled practice. My teaching is accompanied by theoretical references to assist the student in understanding the relationship between body and mind.
My classes are also fun and with a touch of humor because yoga is also wanting to do good and keep smiling!
We can choose together themes according to your abilities, need and desire so that I can guide you in the practice that is best for you.

I'm specialized in Vinyasa Flow Yoga. My classes are dynamic, energetic and focus on connecting the body and mind through breath. My goal is to guide the students to live in harmony with their minds and bodies.
I also teach the 5 tibetans in a way, that you will quickly be able to integrate in your daily morning ritual on your own.
I teach for students of all levels. Beginners are welcome! The focus is on correct alignment and I recommend private classes for all beginners, before you you pick up "bad habits".

Looking for a quiet practice of Hatha or rather dynamic Vinyasa? or just want to have a deep and guided relaxation of Nidra?
Each person will find with me his adapted practice, listening to his desires and needs. Being a musician, I am well aware of posture problems and back pain, the practice of yoga has allowed me to find simple and effective solutions to address it.
The course lasts one hour, my students can offer me a desire, a special need or just enjoy being carried away by the course flow ...
A class can end with a meditation or mantra singing if the student wishes.
I have graduated since the summer of 2017 from the Quaternity Yoga school, and teach in my studio AIM yoga for 2 years. I teach Hatha yoga (basic and soft practice), Vinyasa flow (dynamic practice) and yoga Nidra (one of the most powerful relaxation techniques, the positive effects are felt on negative stress, anxiety, insomnia, irritability, anxiety, burn-out or any state of depression, emotional disorders, instability, etc ...)
Reiki - I also offer Reiki sessions (treatment of 1h15 whole body + balancing chakras).

Starting with gymnastics and dance since my early age, it always kept being a really important part of my life.
It made me going into a world of performing acrobatics, teaching gymnastics/ stretching to children and adults (private and group classes).
To my classes I find it very important to get people into their bodies in a way that it increases your own body awareness. Im able to teach various techniques but more focus will be on listening and being fair, understanding to your bodies needs.

I give all age yoga classes to your home, so no need to move. The only thing you need is a yoga mat!
The first session will be an acquaintance, see what your expectations are and what type of yoga would be best for you. There are different types of yoga, the ones I propose are hatha yoga, vinyasa, yin yoga and children's yoga.
I really like to include other aspects of yoga in my classes such as meditation and pranayama (breathing).

I propose you:
-In a typical session, there is first a physical practice of HATA Yoga, then a practice of refocusing by meditation and / or singing of Mantras and finally, a session of
NIDRA Yoga which is a Yoga (lying) deep relaxation.

I can adapt the course for people who have health concerns or who have a disability.

One-to-one classes start at EUR 45 for a first 60 minute session and then I have a series of packages to choose from, which can be discussed based on your requirements. The first session includes a 15 minute consultation so we can get to the heart of your intention, background and experience in yoga and any injuries or health issues to be worked on. From this we can tailor a series of sessions to suit your personal needs and preferred style of yoga. Sessions can include asanas (postures), pranayama (breathing exercises), meditation and mantras (chanting), depending on what your needs.

Chloe is a British yoga teacher who has been living in Brussels since 2017. Chloe found the practice of yoga after sports-related injuries to her knees & back which left her feeling depressed, disconnected & let down by her body. She started practising yoga at home on YouTube and then in studios and private classes and discovered the healing power of the practice on both her body and her mind. She trained in India in Rishikesh, the home of yoga, as well as further trainings in Bali, Indonesia, before moving to Brussels for her husband’s work, where she now offers private yoga classes to help those like her discover the practice in the comfort of their own homes.

Having 20+ years of experience, I am interested in sharing my knowledge of yoga and the benefits of Reiki (energy harmonization) with everyone. I was trained in India where I lived for several years (Iyengar, Sivananda). Iyengar's individual approach allows you to work the postures accurately using the breath, without hurting yourself, learning to listen to him. I currently practice dynamic yoga based on a series of postures by consciously breathing that allows the mind to gradually let go.
Private lessons allow you to establish a personal practice program. After a first interview, during which your motivations and needs are studied, you will leave with a personalized session to practice at home autonomously. I establish and guide a practice that will be reevaluated and intensified gradually by integrating reflexology and Reiki (energy harmonization) during each course.
