My name is Kristina and yoga is not just my profession—it is my way of life. My journey began as a search for balance and self-discovery, leading me to study yoga in its purest form. I trained in India, completing a 500-hour teacher training at Akshiyogashala in Rishikesh, and I hold a certification from the International Yoga Federation. Over the years, I have immersed myself in Hatha Yoga, Iyengar Yoga, mindfulness, and breathwork, blending traditional wisdom with modern science.

Beyond movement, my passion lies in understanding the body and mind—not just through yoga, but also through my studies in Ayurvedic pharmacy in Thailand, where I deepened my knowledge of holistic healing. This has given me a unique perspective on how breath, movement, and energy influence our well-being.

In my teaching, I focus on precision, awareness, and transformation. I don’t simply guide people through poses—I help them reconnect with themselves. I currently teach private and group sessions in Belgium, tailoring each class to the individual’s needs. My approach is intuitive yet structured, challenging yet deeply nurturing. I create a space where students feel supported, strong, and truly seen.

Сlasses help both physically and psychologically rejuvenate, your body will become flexible, has a positive effect on metabolism, thereby helping the body to get rid of extra pounds, strengthens the back, helps to fight stress, sometimes it can be an excellent pain reliever, improves mood.

With my classes I want to pass on the basics of yoga (breathing and right positions) to the people. With my experiences I want to that you guys take over the positive energy from myself and from each others, present in these relaxed, dynamic or whatever mood we have in these classes. Go with the flow!
Afterwards I want that my pupils will feel fresh and new in mind and body, will refind some calmness and are getting a clear mind.
