Yoga - Vinyasa Flow | Pre- and Postnatal | Pelvic floor & Core

Yoga - Vinyasa Flow | Pre- and Postnatal | Pelvic floor & Core

My classes will introduce you to the beauty of flowing sequences and how to connect you breath with your movements. I will focus on energizing your body through core strenghth and dynamic flows or more grounding standing series. Explore your body through movement in a light and playful way and improve your flexibility while learning how to use your breath in a healing way. I'm offering private yoga sessions suitable for one person or small groups. Prices for small groups can be discussed. What I like about teaching: I'm interested in encouraging people to use their breath in an empowering and healing way. Further to that I like the combination of flowing movements and the cultivation of groundedness both with deep Ujjayi Breath. Through hands-on assists I like to support my students to get a deeper sensation of the pose and experience the borders of their bodies. In my classes I like to hold space for my students to experiment, discover their strength and to overcome fears. Ballet classes, Pilates, Stretching, Functional training for joint health and dance related injuries

Ballet classes, Pilates, Stretching, Functional training for joint health and dance related injuries

As a John Cranko School graduate, I teach classical ballet through the Vaganova method, combining a strong technical foundation with an attentive and individual approach to each dancer. My classes focus on building clean, powerful technique while developing body awareness, safe movement and a deeper understanding of how your body works. I pay close attention to alignment, muscle engagement, coordination and the details that can make your dancing feel stronger, freer and more effortless. Beyond technique, in my classes you will be able to understand better what mindset helps you in dancing as well as your artistic side of dancing — musicality, expression, confidence, presence and the feeling behind each movement. I share practical tips, imagery and different mental approaches that can help when a step isn't working, a movement feels difficult, or you simply want to discover a new way of approaching it. I believe that the most interesting dancers are the ones who develop their own qualities. Through individual corrections and guidance, I help you recognize what makes your movement special and learn how to use it with intention. Apart from ballet classes I also offer pilates and stretching sessions as well as functional trainings for joint health. As much as my experience helped me evolve in those spheres as well, I myself put an extra effort towards learning and understanding the body far above just excecuting technical movements. Come as you are, bring your goals and curiosity, and let's discover how much more your dancing can become

Be Balance Workout · Active Age. Move better. Feel your body. Stay connected.

Be Balance Workout · Active Age. Move better. Feel your body. Stay connected.

Active Age is a mindful movement practice designed to support mobility, balance, body awareness and functional strength as we move through different stages of life. These 30–45 minute classes combine conscious movement, breathing, mobility exercises, balance work and gentle strength to help you maintain a more comfortable, responsive and confident relationship with your body. Rather than pushing the body to do more, Be Balance invites you to understand what your body needs today — and learn how to move from there. Each class is adaptable to your own level and pace, with a focus on quality of movement, joint mobility, coordination, posture, balance and everyday functional movement. You don’t need to be flexible, fit or experienced. You simply need to be willing to listen to your body and move with awareness. What you can expect • Improve mobility and range of motion • Support balance and coordination • Develop functional strength • Improve body awareness and proprioception • Release unnecessary tension and rigidity • Connect movement with conscious breathing • Build confidence in the way you move • Create a more sustainable relationship with exercise Be Balance Active Age is not about moving harder. It is about moving better, with greater awareness and confidence. Listen to your body. Let it arrive. Keep moving.

“ If you are looking for a French language teacher, I highly recommend Cecile 😊 One of the best things about her teaching approach is that she customizes the method to the student’s particular learning needs. She starts by assessing your level, goals, and learning preferences and then designs the lessons based on this. Something else that I appreciate about Cecile is that she uses a wide array of teaching materials, not leaving space for boredom or an incomplete understanding of a topic. She incorporates texts, videos, audio, fun quizzes, and exercises from different sources and genres, covering various aspects of the French language and culture. She also encourages to practice comprehensively - speaking, listening, reading, and writing skills in a balanced way. All in all, if you are after a comprehensive approach to learning and practicing French, this is the right tutor for you! ”

“ Would highly recommend! I have not done stretching before, so was not sure what to expect. Doing my 7th class now and will certainly continue. My flexibility has improved significantly already after a few classes. Ievgen is very experienced - he knows just how demanding to make the classes - so it’s effective, but still comfortable. Also he is a great motivator :) What I did not expect is that I also feel so much better generally, can do other sports better (kickboxing for me) and feel like it’s great for injury prevention. So all in all, a really great coach and a really great activity! ”

“ She knows perfectly how to make you feel at home and at ease, which makes you feel comfortable which has positive effects on your singing. The exercises to warm up the body have a calming and soothing effect, the voice exercises are fun and challenging at the same time. ”
