Are you experiencing back pain? Do you sleep badly? You name it and we'll work on it together. The yoga class can be combined with a meditation for inner peace. I teach various forms of yoga and I am a certified yoga teacher with 5 years of experience in teaching. I teach Hatha yoga, Vinyasa Flow, Kundalini and Yin Yoga. I can completely tailor my lesson to you. This way we can make it a quiet beginner class or if you already have yoga experience, add more power and speed. In each yoga class you do a number of yoga postures. All postures aim to make the organs, glands, joints, nervous system, blood vessels, balance, etc. function better. During the yoga postures, you stretch, stretch and stretch all kinds of muscles. The postures ensure improved blood flow to the entire body. The yoga postures (asanas), the breathing and relaxation exercises work together in yoga to consciously and deeply relax. Yoga has a deep impact on the energy system and nervous system, the body has the opportunity to relax, recover and recharge. Nidhi helped my daughter (8 years) in the mornings so she could have a fitness routine. She was very patient as it was really difficult to wake my daughter up in the mornings. She was always encouraging her and with a smile in her face. She also talked to her like friends and my daughter felt really confortable connecting with her. Unfortunately, with all the activities with her and my other kids (school extra curricular programs, sickness, etc) and the great time difference between hour countries, we couldn’t find a good time to keep connecting. Mornings were just hard since she is still little and needs to have plenty of sleep and putting her on bed early was not an option with the other kids activities at evenings. We enjoyed the time they connected. My daughter said, Nidhi is really nice.
