Are you a beginner? I'll be glad to help you discovering this beautiful instrument! I'll show you the necessary steps you need to follow in order to play that crazy rhythm you have in mind and, please don't forget: "HAVE FUN" is mandatory! You'll learn how to move your limbs to play a nice drum groove, you'll discover the rudiments on the snare-drum which later you will start apply to the drumset. You will learn to recognize which instruments in the drumset makes you fall in love for the drum beat of your favorite tune. Also you will learn how to read rhythm and a drum score! Very soon you'll be playing along your favorite song!Let's get it started!!!   Have you played for a while and you would like to improve your skills and to learn new rhythms? Good!I'll do my best to help you improving your actual skills. Together, we'll look at the diverse hand and foot techniques exist as tools to improve our own sound on the drumset. Remember that it's not about speed, but awareness of our gestures and how these can influence the sound we won't project through this marvellous instrument. Have you ever heard of "Finger Control", Moeller Technique", "Push and Pulll", "Heel-Toe Technique"? Probably your tired of the usual 4/4 rock drum beat and you would like to learn more spicy drum grooves...well I can show you very nice drum beat influenced by latin music. You could find very fun and interesting excercies for improving your coordination while learing intriguing drum beats! But also...you are a fan of progressive music but you're having troubles playing that weird odd-meter...I'll show you how simple and easy can be to play that 5/8!   Do you have a solid rhythmic fundation and you want to get in touch with Jazz or Latin music? Learning a language, especially if you are not a mother-tongue, is very hard. Generally I believe that to learn how to express yourself through your instrument is a life-long learning process. For this reason don't worry and keep having fun every day!I've left the harbour for this journey some years ago and I still see the line of the horizon very far...Why don't you get on my boat? I can show you the first steps you need to take for applying your technical skills and coordination in these styles. We can listening to recordings and to check how the drummer accompanies his band mates, how he expresses his solo ideas. We can transcribe comping ideas, solo ideas, and of course I'll show the approach I use to learn and to digest this information to make it mine. I'm really looking forward to your questions and to discover new recordings with you!

Trusted teacher: Did you always wanted to improve your singing but you never had the time? If you're up for some creativity in this Quarantine weeks, I offer you singing classes through Skype. I suggest to work on 3 main aspects, which are divided into LEI (Learning, Exploring, Interpret + info below): - REPERTOIRE (Learning): Choose a song you love - TECHNIQUE (Exploring): Let's discover all you can do with your own instrument, your voice. I will give you some techniques to extend the possibilities in your Voice ('Embodied Voice', + info below) - INTERPRETATION (Interpret): there are infinite ways to transmit a song! More ways than humans on earth, because each one of us can do many interpretations of one single song. We will explore the different ways to learn a song. Singing is the oldest instrument we have, people sang while working, in gatherings, to their loved ones... but now days singing make people shy, make them lose confidence in their voice. That's why I want to offer some concrete tools that can help you to clearly understand what you feel when you sing and find the way in what you want to sing. I want that it feels good!! Singing cannot be suffering (like so many other things ... ) METHOD: Embodied Voice The voice, our instrument, is not only the vocal cords in our throat, but it is also your whole body and the energy you carry. If you move your arm while you're singing it will affect the sound, but also any emotion you feel. Let's embody your voice by singing while connecting: Emotion, Body, Mind, and Guts. MY OWN TRACK: Education: I am graduating this year on Jazz Vocals in Arnhem Artez Institute of Arts and Conservatory Liceu, Barcelona I have done several Feldenkrais courses with Ohad Natchmani which helped me to build up my own technique. Artistic: I am a singer and violinist in The Escarteen Sisters, the duo I have with my Sister. Pedagog: I worked for 6 years in Tallers de Música, a music school in Barcelona. I have experience in teaching people of different ages. And I also did private lessons. I love to teach and have this exchange of knowledge and experiences with the student. I also learn a lot. I can adapt to the needs of the student. I am flexible with dates and schedules. Tell me your needs and I will try my best to guide you.

Jazz y música Clásica: Piano, Armonía, Solfeo y Lenguaje musical (Barcelona)
Gonzalo
Gonzalo is everything I look for in a teacher. He brings tons of enthusiasm for every lesson — he really listens to my goals and brings material to support and guide me to achieve them. He has a great flexibility in the way he teaches, so he can adapt to a wide range of learning styles. Gonzalo is also a fantastic player (as can be seen from his YouTube channel). But most of all, our lessons are great fun and I genuinely look forward to them each week. Book him for a lesson — it will be the best decision you make all year.

Alfonso
Alfonso is a very proficient and kind teacher for classical piano classes, but what makes his teaching special is his good knowledge of other different styles of music, and his competency to include musical language, theory, and improvisation in his lessons.
