I highly recommend my yoga teacher, Yogesh. He is patient, attentive, and extremely kind. His seriousness and professionalism create an atmosphere of trust and well-being, making each session a true moment of balance and peace. Since I began practicing yoga with him, I have experienced profound changes in myself. Physically, my body has become more flexible, stronger, and more balanced. My tensions have eased, and I feel a new flow of energy in my daily life. On a deeper level, I have learned to breathe better, calm my mind, and discover a serenity I never knew before. His classes have helped me release stress, improve focus, and feel more in harmony with myself. For me, Yoga with Yogesh has become much more than just physical exercise—it is a true life practice that nurtures balance, strength, and inner peace.

I had my first 90 minute Yoga lesson with Gaurav and it was exactly what i was looking for. He teached me the basic postures included breathing and chanting with a holistic approach. I really felt it was customized to my needs and personalized although online i felt the time flew by and he was carefully observing and teaching me. Very good energy and flow between the sequences. I can only recommend his class and will look forward working with him on my practice.

Recently started learning Ukrainian, and happy with the current progress i made with this teacher. Would recommend to anyone who also tries to learn this language.
