In 2018, he completed the Zenways 100hr Mindfulness and Meditation For Health & Wellbeing Teacher Training taught by Zen Master Daizan Skinner. He has since delivered mindfulness classes at London South Bank University, Paramount Pictures, WeWork, Arup, and in the local community. Josh is based in Cornwall and also work as a musician and guitar tutor. In 2001, he entered the Professional Music Conservatory of Santa Cruz de Tenerife, completing the intermediate level in 3 years (6 academic years) and obtaining a degree in classical guitar in 2010 at the Conservatorio Superior de Música de Canarias. Later, he came into contact with flamenco guitar in Granada, where he worked regularly as a soloist at the Parador de La Alhambra.
