I will focus on energizing your body through core strenghth and dynamic flows or more grounding standing series. Explore your body through movement in a light and playful way and improve your flexibility while learning how to use your breath in a healing way. I'm offering private yoga sessions suitable for one person or small groups. Prices for small groups can be discussed. What I like about teaching: I'm interested in encouraging people to use their breath in an empowering and healing way. Further to that I like the combination of flowing movements and the cultivation of groundedness both with deep Ujjayi Breath. Through hands-on assists I like to support my students to get a deeper sensation of the pose and experience the borders of their bodies. In my classes I like to hold space for my students to experiment, discover their strength and to overcome fears. Trusted teacher: My lessons are flexible and built on over 6 years of experience — and thousands of classes taught. I tune into the needs and rhythms of each student and adapt my sessions accordingly. Over time, I have refined a teaching approach that is both structured and intuitive, based on breath, body awareness, and alignment. My classes are dynamic, precise, and revitalizing. Regular and mindful practice helps strengthen the body, improve mobility, relieve chronic tension (such as lower back or joint pain), and correct posture. Breathing and relaxation techniques are always integrated to regulate the nervous system and cultivate a sense of grounding and openness. I periodically assess your progress so that your practice evolves smoothly and effectively. After a few sessions, you will feel lighter, more centered, and more connected to your body. I have had the privilege of teaching in a variety of settings: • at home and online, • in companies, where I have delivered many weekly classes, • abroad (notably in Lisbon and on a Mediterranean cruise ship), • and at yoga festivals, where I have led classes with over 300 participants. In 2023–2024, I deepened my practice in Mysore, India, under the direct guidance of R. Sharath Jois, a leading figure in Ashtanga Yoga. Since 2023, I am also certified in Sports Massage Therapy (ITEC Level 3, London), which allows me to better understand body mechanics and offer complementary care off the mat. And in 2024, I completed a certified training as a fitness coach, which has profoundly enriched and structured my yoga teaching — with greater postural precision, a more nuanced understanding of the body in motion, and increased attention to each person’s physical progress. She knows perfectly how to make you feel at home and at ease, which makes you feel comfortable which has positive effects on your singing. The exercises to warm up the body have a calming and soothing effect, the voice exercises are fun and challenging at the same time.
