I’m Joseph, an English-speaking Multi-Instrumentalist from Brighton, UK who has been lucky enough to have been playing music for nearly 20 years. Primarily as a guitarist, I have spent years writing, recording, and performing music with various bands at venues ranging from International music festivals to coffee shops! Having studied Professional Musicianship at the British Institute of Modern Music, my understanding of music is both professional and practical, and this is the approach I take when teaching. Previously I have taught at the London Guitar Academy and I am now involved with BIMM Berlin. Music should always be enjoyable and fun, so if you just want to work on a few songs to strum out at a BBQ then we can work through them! Singing & Recording Lessons with a Professional Singer. (Brussels)

I have wanted singing lessons for some time; I had them briefly in my youth and I sing and play guitar for a hobby. Juliett showed me some good tips already in the first lesson and left me some good warming up techniques that I shall practice every day before a our next lesson. Juliett is very friendly and before I knew it she had me singing high notes I did not know I was capable of reaching. The lesson was fun, I enjoyed every second and I’m looking forward to the next. She clearly has a beautiful voice herself and knows the correct techniques using classical methods to get the most out of a voice. We looked at what I wanted to sing, not what she wanted me to sing. Learning should be fun and I’m confident my singing voice will get better over time with these techniques that are used by professional singers worldwide. 100% this is a five star review; I would give a thousand stars, but the limit is five.

Eda is a fabulous teacher with a real gift for teaching! I'm so thrilled that we happened to find her for our daughter — in the first lesson alone, she was able to demystify a grand piano for a small child and introduced concepts of rhythm and tone through play. Her approach to music feels magical and filled with wonder, and by the end of the 45 minutes I couldn't help but ask whether Eda also teachers adults (she does!), because I want her as my teacher as well!

Axel is really patient and has a laid back attitude to teaching yet still manages to accomplish a lot in one lesson. He explains things very patiently and breaks everything down into manageable pieces. He's an excellent teacher and I can’t recommend him enough.
