It teaches us to receive. To feel. To soften. In a world that often pushes us to go faster, do more, and always be ‘on,’ Yin invites us back to being. This is where we reconnect with our essence — the part of us that delights in stillness, savors the moment, and feels life deeply. Yin helps us fall in love with simply being alive. With noticing the small things. It’s not about chasing — it’s about attracting. It’s about surrendering to the rhythm of the breath, the wisdom of the body, and the whisper of the present moment. Whether you identify as masculine or feminine — we all carry both energies within. Yin was actually designed for male martial artists by Paulie Zink to help balance excess yang energy. So for men, this is a powerful way to slow down, ground yourself, and reconnect with clarity. For women, especially those constantly in ‘go’ mode, Yin is a healing return to your natural flow. It can transform the way you move through the world — with softness, magnetism, and inner peace. ☀️ Flow with Vinyasa ☀️ If Yin is the moon, Vinyasa is the sun. Vinyasa yoga is a powerful practice that links breath with movement, helping you build flexibility, balance, and body awareness while releasing mental clutter. It's energising, detoxifying, and grounding all at once. But it’s not just flowy vibes — Vinyasa works deeply into your muscles. With creative sequences and full-body movement, it strengthens your core, stretches tight areas, tones your limbs, and builds endurance. Every class is a gentle workout and a moving meditation wrapped in one. Whether you're looking to break a sweat or melt into your breath, this practice keeps your body strong, lean, and balanced — and your mind clear and centered. 💫 You don’t have to choose between softness and strength. You were made to hold both. See you on the mat ✨🌷

This class is dedicated to all those who wish to calm the nervous system and work on rooting themselves in the present moment. Connecting with the body and its language. A combination of yoga and somatic techniques that help us understand how our body works and its relationship with the mind. For all levels, because we're not looking for virtuosity in complicated positions, but to refine our perception, communication and understanding of our ‘total self’. We'll use asanas and pranayama, as well as micromovements and meditation. Everyone is welcome! A perfect class if you're going through a period of stress or a lot of mental activity or worry, if you lead a very sedentary life, or simply if you want to relax and move your body. The purpose of those classes is education, not on the superficial level of mimicking form, but on a profoundly deep level of understanding the full use of the body as an integral whole to maximize full function of each individual's unique movement potential. The aim is toward maximum physicality in function and overall health as well as a state of relaxation and a stimulation of the body's energy centres and meridians that is revitalising and healing. The benefits of yoga also include gaining flexibility and working on breathing skills concentration, balance, endurance, muscular and vital strength, as well as strengthening the nervous system and immune system. The content and dynamics of the practices will be adapted to your experience, needs, age, and specific circumstances, seeking to gain the greatest possible benefit. I have experience working with and teaching beginners and people with little experience of physical work as well as children in the field of dance, acting movement, and yoga.

Hello! I’m Sreelekshmi from the scenic state of Kerala in South India. I’ve been passionate about Bharatanatyam since childhood and have had the privilege of performing on numerous stages across India. Currently, I am learning under the guidance of Smt. Meera Sreenarayanan. Bharatanatyam has not only enhanced my physical strength, stamina, and endurance, but also sharpened my mental focus, discipline, and concentration. The art form’s intricate movements, when practiced with dedication, contribute to one’s overall development. Having recently moved to Vienna, I’m excited to share my knowledge and love for Bharatanatyam through this platform. Bharatanatyam, a classical dance form originating from Tamil Nadu, India, is known for its grace, purity, tenderness, and sculpturesque poses. This vibrant dance form involves postures such as a fixed upper torso, bent legs, and flexed knees, combined with footwork, and a vocabulary of sign language based on gestures of hands, eyes, and face muscles. Here are some key points about my Bharatanatyam classes: Structure of Bharatanatyam Classes: 1. Basic Level (Beginner) - Adavus: Basic steps and movements - Postures: Learning the basic stance (Aramandi) - Hastas: Hand gestures and their meanings - Rhythmic Patterns: Understanding of Talam (rhythm) - Simple Dance Items: Alarippu (an invocatory piece) 2. Intermediate Level - Complex Adavus: More advanced steps - Nritta: Pure dance without emotions - Nritya: Expressive dance with emotions - Jathiswaram: A dance item that combines adavus and rhythmic patterns Duration and Frequency - Classes: Typically held weekly, with each session lasting 1-2 hours. Classes can be tailored according to the needs of the individual. - Practice: Daily practice is encouraged for better proficiency. Requirements - Attire: Traditional dance costume or comfortable pant/leggings with top and a shawl to tie around the waist - Music: Classical Carnatic music accompaniment - Space: A spacious area with a smooth floor Benefits - Physical Fitness: Enhances flexibility, strength, and stamina - Mental Discipline: Improves concentration and memory - Cultural Awareness: Deepens understanding of Indian culture and mythology
