Dear Ladies and Gentlemen, The last two years I worked next to school as a Fitness Coach in one of the biggest Gym in German the ''Fitnessland - Health and Lifestyle club''. My point of view is that with sport you can connect everyone and it is a good balance to the daily busy life we all have today. In this 45 minutes to two hours I will find out the best training strategies for you and act like a motivational coach with the knowledge of a professional personal trainer. We will train outside and going to use normal advices as park bench or old trees to strengthen our bodies and health system. I am looking forward to the next training sass ion with you.
