You always wanted to learn to play flute, you have an audition or exam coming up or just want to get some new input on your playing? I am here to guide you towards your goals! The lessons are tailored towards the goals and needs of the student and based on the DILS school (“Dentro Il Suono” founded by Giampaolo Pretto) of flute playing. Through specific excercises we will make transform your flute sound into your own personal voice. We will work on technical aspects and repertoire we will choose together, fitting the current level of the student. Lessons can be conducted in German, English and Dutch. I will based in Graz from October on but occasionally I can teach in Groningen (Netherlands) or Paderborn (Germany).

I am a qualified music teacher and flautist with 20 years of experience in flute teaching. Are you beginners, late starters, intermediate or already advanced level with flute playing? In every age group, in every level you welcome to learn and play the flute with me. I studied flute and music in Turkey and then in France. I completed my master's degree and proficiency in art degrees. I have the title of Associate Professor in music education. I taught flute, flute ensemble and chamber music for 20 years.

Lessons in Graz! Hello! Have you always wanted to learn the saxophone, clarinet, flute (recorder)? Would you like a learning atmosphere that builds on positivity and leads to the desired learning success while having fun with the instrument? Then come to me for lessons on your desired woodwind instrument and learn jazz and/or classical with me! I also offer music theory classes (jazz theory or classical music theory) and early music education. Briefly to me: My musical career began in elementary school, later followed by the music secondary school in Weiz and then the music high school in Graz. At the age of 6 I learned to play the recorder, until I switched to the saxophone at the age of 8. After studying at the music school in Gleisdorf, I went to the Graz Conservatory and after graduating from the music high school, I studied at the University of Music & Performing Arts Vienna (MDW), where I did vocal and instrumental pedagogy (IGP) at the Institute for Popular Music with a focus Studied classical sax. I took my own instrumental lessons from Richard Winkler, Wolfgang Puschnig, Martin Fuss, Klaus Dickbauer and Fabian Rucker, among others. There are also countless workshops with e.g. Branford Masalis, Randy Brecker, Torsten Skringer etc. In my career, instruments such as piano, clarinet and flute were added. I'm a professional musician myself and play in bands such as "Candlelight Ficus", "Die Ranzler", "Moneka Group" and "Matho & Das Vienna Dancehall Orchestra", as well as jobs with big bands, DJ's and much more. Learn to play; to decipher the scores and improvise by ear or by reading and analyzing chord charts. This course will adapt to your level of play: simple harmonies for beginners and more complex depending on the degree of mastery of the instrument. This course also includes a thorough introduction to harmony.

I enjoy teaching both harp and flute at my studio in Worthing and also offer lessons online. I studied at The Royal Academy of Music, London graduating with a first-class Master's degree and an LRAM music teaching qualification. Learning an instrument is a very rewarding and enjoyable experience and I teach students of all ages and abilities from complete beginner to advanced levels. Music theory will be integrated into the lessons and you will have the opportunity to take part in performances and work towards graded exams if you wish to do so or just play for fun! Each lesson will be tailored to the individual pupil’s needs, level, and style. I teach a wide variety of musical styles including Classical, Celtic, Pop, Jazz, and more!
