I've been teaching all about my knowledge about yoga and sharing all my love of yoga since 2012.
I'm a certificated instructor for both Vinyasa yoga and Hatha yoga. I attended two separate Yoga Alliance certificated teacher trainings back in 2011 and 2012.
My sessions are professional, strong, playful, and designed in such a flow you lose track of time!

With personal yoga sessions, I modify my flows according to your needs and expectations.
That's one of the many reasons why having private sessions is super powerful and valuable!
