Gina - The Hague$44
Trusted teacher: Are you dreaming of playing the piano? Do you want to play FASTER, STRONGER and sound like a PRO? Do you like to play pop music or you're into classical training? Are you a beginner and trying to take your first steps on the keyboard? Or maybe you are already a player and your goal is to improve your technical skills? Let's make your dreams come true! I will guide you and help you or your child to achieve your goals, like I have helped dozens of students before. A FEW WORDS ABOUT ME: My name is Gina and I am a piano and music theory teacher. I have been professionally teaching for more than 6 years and have guided children, teenagers and adults of EVERY age! I consider myself a musician in a more holistic way than just a pianist, having experienced also multiple other instruments such as the viola, the tampouras (traditional byzantine instrument), guitar and voice, as well as different choirs and orchestras. At the age of 21 I gained my first professional degree in music harmony from the Conservatory "EHOGENESIS" and one year later in the classical piano from the Conservatory of Saint-Dimitris. Meanwhile, I was accepted in "The Royal Conservatory" of The Hague, to continue more advanced piano studies. Now I live, study and teach piano in The Hague AND online! The construction of the lessons is tailored on each student's needs and wishes. I choose pieces and exercises from different books, while guiding the students on practising songs that they personally like. I also provide basic music theory notes and knowledge, to help with the understanding of the piano and music in general. Every lesson is an opportunity to learn something new and my goal as your teacher is to help you pursue your passion and bring out the BEST in you! *For the students who want to understand deeper the music, I am also teaching music theory as a separate class. Thanks for your interest and see you soon!!

Trusted teacher: Aleksandra is a trained singer, singing teacher and choir conductor from the Academy of Music in Gdansk and Escola Superior de Música de Catalunya in Barcelona. She took to the stage in her childhood and has been teaching music for the last 6 years. For several years she was a chorister of the prestigious Polish National Youth Choir and leader of Vocal Quintet Solifonia. Currently, she is a choir conductor and the founder of CHOIR CLUB in Korskolen. What can you expect from her teaching? She believes that singing can be passion, a communication tool, a means of therapy and so much more: more than you can imagine! In her classes, you will learn key vocal techniques as well as learning to understand your voice. You will discover the deeper meanings of the songs you sing as you seek to express them to the world. As she is working towards becoming an Accredited Teacher of IVTOM (International Voice Teachers of Mix) she focuses on delivering teaching based on the Mix principles: by mixing the chest and head voice you receive the full benefits of “both voices”: the natural and powerful sound of the chest voice, and the beauty and range of the head voice. As a singer learns to sing using both of these resonances and trains the vocal folds to stay together, it is possible to vocalize smoothly and evenly from one register to the next. The relationship of the two elements working together will create an even, smooth vocalization and, as a result, eliminates the “breaks” in the voice. She has a good knowledge of playing the piano, so you can sing along to her accompaniment or accompany yourself under her supervision. What does the first lesson include? You’ll talk about: - your background and musical experience - all the circumstances that can influence your sound production - your needs, expectations and plans You also find out: - what your bad habits are - how you can start your singing technique - what kind of exercises will help you best achieve your singing goals Who is welcome? - Children (8+), adolescents and adults - Singers of all kinds of popular music - Students who want to learn hearing / rhythm theory - Individuals, groups and families

Piano Lessons with the Best Colombian Young Pianist! (Budapest)
Juan
Juan Sebastian is a great & effective teacher to our 7-year old son, he provides great material to learn ahead of the time, and finds methods and ways to make lessons enjoyable, despite some more challenging learning parts of piano/music grammar. Also, he is always providing our young student with homework to practice music/piano playing. He also checks on homework and provides feedback on what to do to improve skills. I also think because Juan such a great piano player, he does spark interest in piano playing, which helps with motivating and stimulating the interest in it.

Violin lessons, music theory and the history of music / Viool voor alle niveaus (Etterbeek)
Katia
I really recommend katja for your violin classes!!! She's a very good teacher. Katja has a rich background in music and is able to adapt the class according to the level of the student. Her explanations and corrections to evolve are concreet and very well done, which makes things easier to understand. She makes you love music and violin. She has a good time notion and makes the hour of the class efficient as she makes you work on different things. She's also a very nice person! Enjoy your class with katja :)

Learn to play Electric or Acoustic guitar in any style (The Hague)
Ivan
After the first few lessons I can say that Ivan is serious about his craft. His lessons are tailored to the needs of the student and he pays a lot of attention to technique and good posture, which for a beginner guitar player like myself is especially important. On top of that Ivan is just a very nice guy, easy to talk to and able to explain concepts and theory in an understandable way.
