I also hold a degree of the Orff Approach (Orff Schulwerk), a developmental approach used in music education, which combines music, movement, and speech and it is a great approach for children 4-8 years old. I specialize in jazz and Brazilian repertoire, but I also teach Greek folk singing. The lessons are designed according to the needs of each student. Some of the focusing areas are listed below: 1. Vocal Technique: We focus on vocal technique elements such as breath control, vocal range, the use of all registers, and timbres of your voice. The goal is to sing effortlessly. With the vocal technique, you will get the chance to explore your voice and build confidence in your voice. 2. Repertoire: Together we can build your repertoire step by step and focus on the phrasing of each style. You will choose the repertoire you like and you can always ask for advice in case you want to explore new musical styles. A great time of enjoyment during classes where you will be singing your heart out! 3. Improvisation: Vocal improvisation is a great way to explore the voice and also express your feelings. At the same time we will work on music theory, ear training and how to read a score. For mature singers, we can delve into the singing technique and interpretation and add pieces in your repertoire. The lessons are provided both online and in person and can be held in English or Greek. I also speak some Italian and German. About me I have been playing the piano for 15 years. I have studied Classical Singing in the Municipal Conservatory of Kalamata (Greece) and I have followed a two-year Early Music Programme in Athens Conservatoire. At the same time I studied Music Theory (Harmony) at the Greek National Conservatoire from which I gained my Harmony degree. In addition, I have a Bachelor in Early Childhood Education at the National and Kapodistrian University of Athens. Here in The Netherlands, I finished my masters at the Utrechts Conservatorium and worked as a singer at the NKK NXT 2022-2023. I have participated in Operas (“Julius Cesar”- 2015 in Athens Concert Hall and “Alcina”-2019 in Odeon of Herodes Atticus) as a member of a vocal ensemble and I have also performed as a soloist in many concerts. Ai is a wonderful teacher. She's great at explaining all sorts of grammatical concepts and she's sweet with a good sense of humour to boot. I definitely recommend everyone who's interested in learning how to speak, write or read Japanese to consider taking lessons from her. If you're motivated and do the assigned homework, you'll make a lot of progress in a very small period of time. It's only been two weeks, but I already feel like my Japanese has improved considerably!

I started singing lessons with Ludovica as a total beginner. She has a unique ability to adapt her approach to each lesson and any challenges that come up along the way.
