Trusted teacher: Young Pianist from Maldegem. This year he is completing his second master's degree at the Royal Conservatory in Mons. teaching is my number one priority! Trusted teacher: Dear parents and students, I am a professional singer and pianist from Hong Kong, having more than 10 years of experience in music teaching. I graduated from the Chinese University of Hong Kong with a Bachelor degree in music (with honors), Koninklijk Conservatorium Brussel with a Master degree in classical singing (with distinction) and also the Post-master degree in classical singing (with distinction). I am currently a professional opera singer working mainly in Germany with conductors and directors from houses and studios such as Theater Rudolstadt, Lyric Opera Studio Weimar, Komische Oper Berlin and Royal Opera House. I am a holder of Licentiate Trinity College of London (LTCL) vocal and piano performance certificates, both with distinctions (97/100 for voice and 90/100 for piano). Besides, I am a holder of DipABRSM piano performance certificate and ABRSM Grade 8 music theory certificate with merit. I have been giving private singing and piano lessons to students ranging from 3 to 50 years of age. Very happily, all of them had obtained distinctions at their ABRSM exams, some of them also won first prize at competitions. However, I do not teach music because of this. Distinctions and prizes are bonuses, but most importantly, I hope my students can enjoy and understand music. For beginners, I focus very much on building basic techniques. Alongside with that, I spend a little time on every lesson for ear training, music theory, music history, sight-reading/sight-singing, music composition, instrumentation and conducting, depending on the interest of the student. For more advanced students, I teach more about musicality and presentation. I aim to provide all-round knowledge to my students so they will be well equipped for future development. For piano students who are at the beginning of their music journey, I use a lot of creative ways to teach basic knowledge such as rhythm and fingering. These creative ways include colorful presentation slides, arranging a tailor-made version of the songs they like and introducing fun games to keep them motivated. Each student will get something different because everyone is different. As an instructor of vocal masterclasses for choir students in Hong Kong, I see myself as the person who: -- opens the door of fundamental vocal techniques for the students; -- influences them to be confident; -- shows them the beauty of human voice and vocal music; -- teaches them to embrace the others without judgement. My way and attitude of teaching was proved to be successful with a lot of positive feedback. I tend to plan my classes in detail, and give notes to students every lesson. In this case, the students can follow the lessons easily and make the best out of their time. I do not make my students always say "yes" and "okay", I like to work with them and they are always welcome to tell me their needs. Since I grew up at one of the best English schools in Hong Kong (Belilios Public School) and I have a lot of English-speaking students, I can communicate in English very fluently without accent. Besides English, Cantonese and Mandarin Chinese are my mother tongues. I am also knowledgeable in German, French and Italian. I am confident that I will provide my students the best learning experience.

Trusted teacher: Piano, harmony, music theory, aural training, arrangements and composition dedicated teacher. Vast experience with different ages and levels, preparation for international exams, auditions and competitions. "I am a superior piano professor and I have started teaching in Buenos Aires, Argentina, my home country, 8 years ago. Recently I was living in London, UK, where I worked as a full-time piano teacher in WKMT Piano Institute where I have trained and developed my pedagogic skills working with students from all around the world. This experience allowed me to mentor from professionals to early ages with very diverse backgrounds. These are the kind of experiences worth working for, and that confirm my engagement to my pedagogic aims. Building structures that fight to give a voice to the speechless is one of the values I learnt to care the most as a working woman, and that is the reason why I feel engaged with teaching music. Music is a tool to learn a whole different language and improve intelligence and creativity, no matter which is your background. Music is a way of finding how to express yourself in a specific language, and it is at the same time a fun and fascinating process. As a music teacher, I face a challenge every time I train a student, because learning music and learning piano implies a very personal developement. I continued this project in Rotterdam, Netherlands, where I became a Master of Music in World Music (Tango-Jazz Composition) at CODARTS University. I intend to keep sharing my knowledge and experience with new students."

Trusted teacher: I invite you all to take piano lessons in Friedrichshain. Classes in a calm, relaxed and fun environment. You will learn to read, play and interpret your favorite songs. For beginners, develop concepts of musicality and for intermediaries to progress and solve technical problems. Everyone is welcome, what matters is that you like it, have pleasure and patience! It's a process! :) I play classical piano, and I usually direct my lessons in style, reading sheet music, rhythm, chords, musicality, understanding the scores in a musical sense, and not just notes on paper. I usually try to understand what each one needs to develop, it is a very particular process for each one and my role there is to show paths, concepts, ideas. I try to make the whole thing very personalized for each person's need. Ich lade Sie alle ein, Klavierunterricht in Friedrichshain zu nehmen. Piano lessons, Music Theory for children and adults (The Hague)
João
I have been taking private lessons from Joao for more than 6 months and I am completely thrilled with it! Although I am a beginner in piano, I can see that Joao is very knowledgeable in his field. What I like most is that he utilizes technology very effectively to help me understand tricky theoretical concepts. He also prepares tailored exercises for me, which makes me feel very valued. He really puts his time in preparing homeworks and supplementary documents even before and after the class to be sure that I understand what he is teaching. Joao is also quite responsive. He is very flexible in terms of the course content and willing to adapt to my changing needs over time. Still, as a teacher, he keeps in mind what foundations I need to build and he does not lose track of what I want as an ultimate goal, so he comes with a structured curriculum that I realize over time. I can only recommend Joao if you are looking for a dedicated piano teacher who loves what he does.

Piano or Theory Teacher for Beginners or Professionals (Amsterdam)
Katie
It's a joy to work with Katie, she has a lovely personality and a very flexible teaching style. Apart from being a good pianist I value the fact that she is able to put music into context. She has the ability to comprehend and clearly explain the underlying musical dynamics of a piece, which allows her students to not only become better pianist but also better listeners and interpreters of music. Katie is the perfect guide for those wanting to gain a deeper understanding of music altogether.

Lydia
I had my first lesson today and I was immediately struck with the feeling that I am in the presence of a maestro in Piano playing, a professor in teaching and an extremely patient pedagogue. It was like Lydia knew me for years and instantaneously detected my strengths and my weaknesses in my piano playing and practice. I am an adult student and I highly recommend Lydia for all ages and all levels. An exceptional teacher that provides and exceptional lesson experience.
