Hi! I am Arianna and I am an Italian Violinist based in Antwerp. 🎻 I am a Master graduated classical musician, working in orchestra and chamber music ensembles. I’d be happy to share music with you! Didactic has always been an important aspect of my life, growing up in the music school of my family where I started playing violin at 3 years old. I am a teacher with experiences in both private and public schools for children, teenagers and adults of all levels. We will learn violin technique, explore music theory and reading in order to have a full preparation for whatever your goal is. PLUS: Level 4 Suzuki Method Trained Teacher. Known as the “Mother Tongue Method”, Suzuki is specifically made to start the learning of music with children in a pre-scholar age from 3 years old, for the enrichment of all family! Does your child enjoy singing, dancing or exploring sounds? These lessons offer a playful introduction to the world of music. Through singing, movement, listening activities, rhythm games, improvisation and the discovery of different musical instruments, children develop their musical ear, sense of rhythm, creativity and self-confidence. Each lesson is adapted to the age, interests and pace of the child. No previous musical experience is required. The main goal is for children to enjoy music while learning and expressing themselves in a positive and supportive environment. Children will have the opportunity to discover a variety of musical instruments and develop a broad musical foundation before choosing a specific instrument in the future. About me: I hold a PhD in the Arts and a Master of Music from the Royal Conservatoire Antwerp. I have several years of experience teaching young children in music academies in Flanders and am passionate about helping children discover music in a creative and enjoyable way. I am a Belgian violinist from the Ardennes, in Wallonia. I have participated in numerous masterclasses in Belgium and abroad with teachers such as Emile Lavrenov, Liesbeth Baelus, Sylvia Huang, Bartlomiej Ciaston, Andrzej Grudzien, Caroline Poncelet, Lilia Umnova, and Guido de Nève. Drawing inspiration from various examples and broadening my horizons are among my most important goals. In 2020, I started in the class of Marek Kowalski at the Royal Conservatory of Brussels, where I obtained my bachelor's degree three years later. After that, I studied for a year at the Robert Schumann Hochschule in Düsseldorf in the class of Solenne Païdassi, before starting my master's at the Royal Conservatory of Antwerp with Alexei Moshkov, with whom I am currently studying. I frequently participate in orchestral projects and tours, and also enjoy performing as a chamber musician at festivals and concerts of all kinds. I have made recordings with chamber music ensembles and orchestras, including for film music. I have also had the opportunity to perform as a soloist with an orchestra twice. I have recently started developing my teaching skills, which I find incredibly interesting! I enjoy every meeting with a new student, and it fascinates me to see the musical and personal development of each of them.

I am a graduate of the Antwerp Conservatory of Music and have been playing the cello for 20 years. Despite my young age, since 2012, after winning many auditions, I have played in orchestral projects in 18 European countries. I regularly participated in music courses and workshops. Currently, I work as a freelancer and am an active concert musician and private teacher. From my own experience, I know how important it is to practise sensibly and effectively at home, which is why I am happy to help young cello students who cannot count on the help of their parents, who are musicians, in this regard. I also work with adults who want to realise their dreams or return to skills they once acquired.

I am Cèlia, a Catalan cellist living in Antwerp. I studied for my bachelor's degree at the HKU Utrechts Conservatorium and my master's degree at the Koninklijk Conservatorium Antwerpen. I offer cello and music theory lessons for all levels. I have several years of experience teaching children and adults in individual and group lessons. I adapt the content of the lessons to the level, needs, and goals of each student. I am a very enthusiastic person who likes working with people and making music. I speak Catalan, Spanish, English, and a basic level of Dutch.

In the singing lesson we start with learning basic theory about mindset, breathing, breath support,... For students with some experience in singing we go more into different types of singing, for example head voice, mixed voice, emotions while singing, microphone techniques,... Do you want specific tips for e.g. performances, music choices,...? This is certainly possible! I will look with you at what your needs are and what you would like to learn. We're not just going to look at the voice but also at 'How do I stand on stage?' or 'How do I reduce stress?' So I'm also going to look at the mental and emotional aspects. I'm Melani, I'm 26 years old and I live in Antwerp. I’ve been studying the clarinet since I was 7 years old and I have taught children and teenagers from the age of 20. This is my second year studying here, in Master 2 at the Antwerp Conservatory as a clarinetist with Julien Hervè (principal clarinet of the Rotterdam Philharmonic).
